Place was good, clean & well kept. It's relatively quiet considering it's on a rather busy street. The only thing, our internet went down and it was difficult to reach the host. Once we got a hold of her, it was quickly fixed. Other than that it's clean and comfortable.

Very nice accommodations. Perfect for a quick trip. Only issue was backing out of the driveway onto a busy street, but we managed just fine by going right and turning around when we needed.

This house is clean and spacious. My only complaint was the blow dryer lol. My husband and I traveled with our daughter and two grandchildren and it was perfect for us. Host made sure I even had everything for my coffee addiction.I will definitely rent again as we travel to see family a few times a year

Two couples, three bedrooms, one bath, a full kitchen, n upstairs apartment. This VRBO is easy commuting distance from Brimfield Flea markets. Driveway gave surprisingly easy access to main street in Leicester ... traffic was never heavy, any time of day or night. When we arrived, we had trouble with keypad. Fortuitously, our hostess noticed and came right out to help us. After that, our week-long stay was smoothest possible. Oh, and did I mention the ultra convenient Dunkin' Donuts RIGHT across the street?

We loved this cute apartment. Charming decorations and set up. The road in front of the house is very busy but could only be heard from the front bedroom. Otherwise it was quiet and easy to sleep. We would stay here again.

Two night visit

My daughters, my dog, and I had a wonderful 2-night visit. The home is beautiful and the personalized attention was so thoughtful- after we got in and went upstairs to our space, we were greeted by a sign with the Wi-Fi password and our name on it with a sweet message. We use the kitchen like it was our own, we celebrated my daughter‘s birthday, and we were nicely located for college touring. We were comfortable and loved all the cozy blankets and pillows. The floors and furnishings were very nice, and Casey was a fantastic responder to any of my questions. We definitely would stay here again and wish everyone the best!

Our stay would have been good, but we had NO HOT WATER! We arrived Thursday afternoon and were there until Saturday morning, and had no hot water the entire time! We were in the area for a wedding so it was very inconvenient to have no hot water and to have the plumber coming in and out. We had to heat up water on the stove to wash dishes in. The owner said she would be giving me a partial refund, but that hasn't happened and she has blocked my texts. Very unprofessional. The apartment itself was nice, except for the cracks and holes in the flooring.

Frances you were refunded. I understand you wanted a personal check but you he refund had to go through Vrbo. You checked in early and we exchanged several messages. I am extremely sorry that this hit water heater failed. The plumber attempted to repair the unit until he could do a full install and in fact he drove to Boston Friday afternoon because I was adamant that we repair the unit. Despite these efforts the unit was still not working shortly after he left. Although I have never had this issue before with my guests, I also contacted Vrbo support and escalated the matter to a supervisor in effort to get some of your fees credited. Thank you for staying with us, understand that there wasn’t anything else that we could have done.

Not for winter

Stay was fine overall with two flaws: one major, one minor. The major flaw was the ability of the apartment to stay warm, even with heat on. The house structure just could not sustain warmth inside, and as soon as a heating cycle finished, a short time later a new heating cycle started again. All night long. That is not comfort. With doors to bedrooms closed, the bedrooms stay cold and the hallway warms up.This apartment is not for winter stays.The minor inconvenience was the touch button door lock. We could not get it to work, 9 out of 10 times. The host provided a physical key instead, but it would've been nice to be able to use the keyless option.

Being just 6 minutes from Worcester and all its attractions makes this location perfect for anyone visiting one of the local colleges, traveling with family or in the Worcester area for business.

Plenty of hiking and trails all within a 5 mile radius, take a short drive to Rutland State Park, the Cascades or one of the many local lakes.
