Primera planta suite principal con baño grande en suite, con 3 dormitorios grandes adicionales y 2 baños completos arriba. Sala de estar en el primer piso, así como sala de estar separada junto con comedor completo en cocina abierta / comedor, así como un comedor formal separado. Amplia terraza amplia con parrilla de infrarrojos, nueva cena al aire libre con sombrilla y asientos para hasta 14 personas. Gran piscina climatizada de 20 x 40 pies, todo en parcela privada de 2 acres. Estacionamiento para hasta 10 autos.

Wonderful spacious and clean and orderly home with everything you need for a lovely stay. The host was responsive and communicative -- and accommodations were extremely comfortable and private. The area is exquisite and we enjoyed exploring the beaches, farms, and town.

Excellent stay in an incredible location

Stunning property that is even better than what the pictures show! Perfect location that is convenient to the beach and downtown but also feels secluded and private. Dominic the owner is super nice and responds to your questions very quickly. Highly recommend staying here!

Incredible Amagansett estate

We had an incredible time staying at Dominic’s pristine Hamptons manor. The house is nestled into rolling hills, which provided privacy and a beautiful backdrop to the pool. The house was modern and very well supplied with both equipment for the kitchen and the beach. Dominic was a gracious host even with some snafus on our side.

Gorgeous private stay!!

Dominic's home is so lovely! The house is modern and beautifully designed, with great natural lighting. The property itself is tucked away and surrounded by a canopy of trees that makes you feel like you're far from civilization, yet hop in the car and you're minutes away from the beach and town. Big ups for having so many coffee making options too! Thank you so much for letting our group stay in your home Dominic - would highly recommend it to anyone!

Excellent VRBO experience

Our stay at Dominic's beautiful house was the perfect VRBO experience. The property provided an ideal setting for reconnecting with old friends, thanks to its exceptional amenities and serene atmosphere. The pool was inviting and refreshing, while the spacious outdoor patio offered a great spot for relaxation. The overall property felt secluded and private, allowing us to truly unwind and enjoy our time together. Working with Dominic was a pleasure; he was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. I would highly recommend renting from him to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in a stunning home. We can't wait to plan our next visit and hope to be back soon!

I asked the owner about the return policy of the twice as much as teh stay (they wont let me specify amounts) security deposit (well above the average deposit). He said it would be 7-10 days. After 12 days i wrote again asking where the deposit was. He said he had been gone and just got to a computer to process. I was naturally upset. I wrote that I thought it was unprofessional. His response was that I was "paranoid and slightly crazy" as opposed to an apology, and "if I couldn't afford the property I shouldn't have stayed". I have screenshots of all conversations and delays if anyone would like proof of what happened. Honestly, it is NOT AT ALL worth the stay to be concerned that the overpriced deposit (3 times the average - although he'll claim it's "normal" - it isn't) won't be returned, additionally you can be certain it WILL NOT be returned on time and that the owner will be condescending about it. The house itself gets the job done, but it doesn't really sleep 12 conveniently. The pull out couches are in the bedroom and the living room - so it's pretty inconvenient for anyone sleeping in those spots (but probably fine for kiddos if you have them). The pull out couch would make the most sense in the den - but alas there isn't one in there. The main living room has giant empty shelves - which makes the space feel a bit cold and there is some odd decor such as a wooden wheelchair in the middle of the room. It gets the job done if you want to stay in the area.

RENTER BEWARE - owner will keep your overpriced deposit for no reason

RENTER BEWARE - owner will keep your overpriced deposit for no reason and will provide no receipts. Read all past reviews, he has done it us and has done it in the past to other renters He will claim hundreds of dollars for minuscule things, like cleaning the grill (which is supposedly not covered by the cleaning fee) or picking up a couple berries (my 2 year old dropped her breakfast during check-out morning). In short, he will find minimal things no way you could identify and/or document and charge you in the thousands. Notice deposit is several times the average, just compare to other listings! On top of this the house is subpar. Just to provide two examples that disrupted our whole experience: (1) the property is advertised as having a heated pool. We had the heater turned on for 12 uninterrupted hours and the pool was only minimally heated. We were not able to use it at all. The pool was the main reason we picked the property, so this was a major disappointment. Note that the owner will request an additional deposit just for being able to use the heater - deposit which also wont be returned. (2) Bedding capacity: the property is advertised as fitting 12 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas. In reality, one of the sleeper sofas is unusable, we had to buy a air mattress. For using the other sleeper sofa we got charged a couple hundred dollars - "damaged floors from moving furniture" Renter, beware! Look at past reviews you will see he has done the same thing to others - he might do it to you. We were 5 married couples, a two year child and a small dog. Property and its amenities were 100% utilized within reason, we have rented several similar properties in the past without any problems. If you still decide to rent this property think twice before agreeing to the unreasonably high security deposit. If you cant negotiate a lower deposit, assume it as part of the total rental cost.

Large, Nice Home near East Hampton

The check in and out process was easy, great deck and pool, and the home is much lighter than in the photographs. Only thing is note that the pull outs are not the most comfortable, so I'd recommend staying at or below 8 adults (I'm sure they'd be fine for kids that aren't as susceptible to sleep issues).

Dominic was a pleasure to deal with and made our on-line experience and check in easy. The property was beautiful and well taken care. The home is well situated and easy access to many great areas for activities, shopping and dinner. Pool was exceptional!!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great Hamptons getaway

Had an awesome time staying here with a group of 8 friends. The location and amenities of the house are great, with an outdoor area that's tough to beat. Would recommend!

The house was great. The pool and deck make the house. Also plenty of space to have a get together with family and friends. Would definitely go back. The owner/host was very responsive too as I was planning.

Very nice property.

Lovely property with lots of potential. A couple of suggestions: There was a large stain on the carpet in the living room that should have been addressed before we arrived. Suggest you place a box of tissues in the bathrooms and TP holders on the wall by the toilets. Not enough mirrors in the bedrooms.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
