About this space
Relax at this creek side hideaway. Scenic waterfront views. From your back porch patio, you can enjoy passing boats, waterfowl, and Airlie Gardens across the creek. A stone's throw from Bradley Creek Marina. Quiet upscale neighborhood just 3 miles from Wrightsville Beach.

Beer lovers... I am walking distance to Wrightsville Beach Brewery and Mad Mole Brewing and other popular restaurants.

Airlie Gardens Summer Concerts across the creek

Also, UNCW campus is only 3 miles away from my location.

1 bedroom guest suite with private living area and full kitchen. Covered porch that overlooks the water. This house was just built. Everything is brand new.

This is a guest suite with private entrance. Entrance is under a covered porch that overlooks backyard and Bradley Creek. Scenic Airlie Gardens is directly across the Creek.

This is a cozy and intimate setting. Wonderful, secluded and private as well. If there were water access, this could be the perfect place. We will return.

Great place to stay! The second we pulled up, the owner was ready to greet us and show us around! Offered up some places to eat and activities to do while we were there. Neighborhood is super quiet and very safe. The rooms were very clean, there was extra blankets and pillows, lots of kitchen supplies, and a comfortable lounging area! The stay was so great, highly recommend to anyone traveling here!

When your son is a lifeguard

At Wrightsville Beach you want to sit at the beach by his stand. I also love the beach. I also like a view of water when I go. Joe’s place has a nice view of a waterway with boats passing by. It is a quick drive to beach and good restaurants. The place is a very functional space that works well for your stay

Joe's place was the perfect stay for our trip to Wilmington for UNCW’s commencement. Extremely close to so many points of interest and nearby restaurants. Joe is super friendly and his place is perfect for a couple looking to chill after a day out in Wilmington!

Friendly host, Simple accommodations

Joe was very communicative and offered local suggestions. Room was very basic but comfortable. Felt like you were staying at your parents…not a ton of privacy if needed. Wished there had been washer/dryer. Didn’t notice that wasn’t listed. Overall, it was great proximity to shopping and restaurants.

Lovely and quiet

My wife and I were in town for the YMCA Wrightsville Beach Triathlon and this spot allowed for a quiet escape to prepare and recover. Joe was an amazing host. I can’t say enough about how friendly and accommodating he was. Will definitely staying again.

Nice to be close to the beach

This is perfect if you are looking for a no-frills kind of place. When we checked in, I was not provided a code or key for the duration of the stay. I found this to be odd and a little unsettling, even with claims of it being in a safe neighborhood. The unit is relatively private, but the living area has no curtains or shades and at night anyone can be looking in from the pier would be able to see what we are doing. Joe the owner was super kind and responsive and allowed us to stay an extra night. Some areas could have been upgraded- make sure you bring your shampoo, conditioner etc, especially if you are a girl. Bed and pillows were okay. However, it was really nice to be an uber ride away from the beach and things did get quiet by 10pm.

Perfect Weekend Away

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend away. It’s in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The place was beautiful. The host was extremely nice and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway Spot

We had a wonderful weekend stay here! The accommodations were great, and our host was so helpful. It is centrally located and only took a short drive for activities either at the beach or downtown. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We'd definitely recommend it, and will be staying there again!
