Great property, great location, Of all the units at Waterway, probably the nicest, and a bit hidden. Was hard-to-find the unit, so better directions would be needed. 405 is not in the 4th floor, but hidden on the end on the 2nd floor, on the end.Otherwise, no complaints

Pictures posted do not reflect the overall condition of the property. Deck and stairs need to be cleaned or replaced. Very slippery. Would have preferred money put into logo printed giveaways be put into the actual property.

Great one bedroom condo for anniversary weekend at the beach! Brand new sofa, beautiful white/blue beach decor, firm king size bed, full oven for cooking, convenient washer/dryer, corner balcony with view of intercostal waterway, privacy and shade provided oak tree, walking distance to three seafood restaurants, gift shop next door, located on side of building away from high traffic road, 10 minute drive from beach.
