3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great getaway!

Marco island was wonderful. The property was well equipped. Kitchen had all the necessary items to cook. The outdoor space was wonderful. The kayaks and bikes available made for fun morning/afternoon activities. The house was very clean and well decorated. Beds very comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. Would definitely visit again!

Perfect Stay

Had a wonderful experience at the Dolphin House. Very clean, updated and was just perfect for two couples. It was great to have the pool, kayaks, and video games as some entertaining options. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home away from home!

This house was great for our weekend getaway. Beautiful home with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Guest services were always prompt with responding to my questions and they allowed us to dock a boat at the property while we stayed.

Great house

Everything as advertised, great place to stay at on Marco on the south end. Appreciated the bikes in the garage and shirt ride to the beach and restaurants. Superb communication offering early check in as well late late check out at reasonable rate.

Great property!

This home comes with lots of extras. Bikes, chairs, kayaks, video games in the den. It was a great stay because of the extra things it has. Did not get out much because of a tropical storm pattern that took much of our week. We hope to stay again in a better time of year and enjoy the surrounding area more. Location was perfect and was close to a Publix grocery store, the beach, and several restaurants. We used the kayaks one more before it rained and that was fun. We saw some amazing sunsets for the days it wasn’t raining. The pool was great and kept our kids occupied some of the time (even when it was raining). The bathrooms were good and I would love to take the kitchen home with us. We enjoyed our home away from home!

Great house!

We had a great experience! The house was perfect for 6 adults and 2 children. The kids loved fishing from the dock and swimming in the pool. It has beach chairs and wagon to take to the beach which was nice! We will definitely rent with Vacasa again! Thank you to the owners you have a lovely home 😁

Family Vacation

We were in town to visit my grandmother for her 93rd birthday. I stayed in the house with my nieces and nephews (all in their early 20's). It was a great house, plenty of space for all of us, great amenities, and wonderful location.

Great location and house

Loved the location. Very close to beaches and restaurants. Private cul de sac was nice and quiet. We loved having the kayaks to use. Pool and hot tub were nice too since it is so hot! Felt very spacious and was very clean. I would definitely stay again. Only thing I would suggest is there were no check out instructions - so providing that would be helpful.

Nice renovated house but main bathroom shower doesn't work right and main bedroom mattress worn out

Very nice modern renovated house. Neutral tones with modern fixtures and appliances. Very well done. Nice dock and amenities, pool, spa, kayaks, bikes, etc. Nice location, about a mile from the south beach and several blocks from the park and dog park. Master bath shower drain clogs easily. Was nearly over flowing when we moved in. Handyman was able to clear this. Master bath shower has two shower wall unit towers, each with shower head, wand, two sprayers and controls. One unit had very low water pressure. The other unit had good water pressure but temperature mixer didn’t work right. There was no warm water, it was either too hot (burning hot) or too cold (freezing cold). And it took about five minutes for water temperature to adjust from freezing to boiling. Had handy man and two plumbers look at and they agreed that this shower needs service. Plumbers said the wall unit cartridges needed to be replaced and a whole house water filter needs to be installed. A bit rediculous that the main bathroom shower doesn't work at this price. Master bedroom mattress was worn out with a U shaped depression in middle of mattress.  Listing said house has cable tv. It does not. TVs have their built in streaming services but there is no cable tv. There is an xfinity box in living room but it has no subscribed cable tv service.  Vacasa and handyman were responsive to small fixes: Shower drain clogging initially Gas grill propane was out and they replaced New batteries in ceiling fan remotes Nice house but needs some fixes and attention that should be addressed before further renting this out.

We had a great week in this home. It was clean upon arrival and in a great location. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils. Loved the warm heated pool and use of the hot tub. Lots of towels which was great! The master shower was a little complicated to use. We used the beach chairs and a few of the bikes supplied. The house is just missing a few things like a vacuum and house manual to make it 5 stars!

Great stay!

We had a great stay in Marco island. The island is amazing and we had some really fun shelling excursions during our trip. The location of this home worked great for us! Easy to Uber to restaurants for great drinks and dining, and easy to Uber to the marinas for fishing and shelling adventures. The house was beautiful! We loved having an early check in. The homes layout was perfect for our needs. We loved the hot tub during the cool evenings but didn’t try the pool since the air was so cool during our stay. Pool looked amazing though! And the dock and yard were terrific too. The garage full of bikes and video games seems so fun - we’ll have to come back for a longer stay to be able to enjoy it all!! Our only complaints were that the floors still seemed dirty (there were sequins and sand still remaining from previous guests), the master bathroom’s shower is very hard to understand how to work and the drain was clogged so we had to use a different shower. Also the smoke detector kept waking us up during the night because of a low battery - but management handled it once we had the chance to contact them. Overall it was a great house!!!
