Experimente el esplendor tropical de este paseo marítimo, exposición sur 3 habitaciones, 3 baños completos con piscina climatizada y spa. Esta casa bien equipada ofrece un dormitorio principal en suite Y una suite de invitados, ambos con camas king !! ¡Los tres cuartos de baño tienen baño privado con cabina de ducha! Las características modernas abundan en su propiedad recientemente actualizada. Nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, sistema de sonido, televisores de pantalla plana, reproductores BluRay / DVD, aire acondicionado nuevo, kayaks, bicicletas, muebles de exterior Polywood y 3 tumbonas en lanai. Recientemente se agregó un muelle de elevación para lanzar fácilmente kayaks para divertirse en el canal y lo que llamamos "Dolphin Chasing". AHORA OFRECE cambios alternativos / flexibles durante días. Consulte los detalles en la sección "Por qué esta propiedad".

Nos complace informar que las reparaciones relacionadas con IRMA se han completado y que la casa nunca ha sido mejor. Aprovechamos el tiempo de alquiler para hacer una variedad de mejoras, esperamos que nuestros inquilinos apreciarán incluir una nueva jaula con dos pantallas panorámicas, iluminación de paisaje nuevo para iluminar la parte posterior, nueva alfombra en las habitaciones, nuevo estilo de cafetería sentarse en la terraza, y mucho más. ¡Nuestros inquilinos de 2018 verdaderamente tendrán un hogar relajado y confortable en el que alojarse durante las vacaciones de Marco Island!

Solo un comentario adicional sobre la función de baño 3 de nuestra propiedad ... cuando comenzamos a alquilar casas en Marco hace varios años, siempre bromeábamos que "¡a los niños no les importaba compartir un baño con Grandma & Grandpa!" Más tarde supimos que realmente les importaba ... ¡gran sorpresa! Entonces, cuando decidimos comprar un lugar, tuvimos que tener una casa con tres baños. Realmente hemos llegado a apreciar eso durante nuestras visitas familiares prolongadas, y confiamos en que su familia / amigos también apreciarán la privacidad adicional que tienen 3 baños.

Third year renting this property.

We really enjoy the location of the house relative to the beaches, Esplanade and other attractions. The house is well maintained, well equipped and has all the amenities (pool, whirlpool, kayaks, bikes) you could want. We are already talking about returning next year!

Family spring break

wonderful outdoor area by pool and deck with kayaks! Was impressed with all the bikes, and beach necessities! Property was very clean, plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking/baking. Bedrooms had plenty of pillows, etc. Owners were wonderful on answering all questions quickly and easy to work with. Only downfall was a little far to walk with beach equipment to carry, but wonderful neighborhood/ area!

Perfect Location For Our Family of Four

This was our fifth time staying on Marco Is., and our second renting a house. As our kids have aged into middle and high school, a vacation rental just make more sense than one of the expensive hotels or even condos right on the beach that can be double the price, and for a lot less space. This house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. The bikes and kayaks were an excellent option for us each day, and Tigertail and South Beaches are just a short 5 min. drive away (beach chairs included!) The outdoor patio/pool/deck area was outstanding and a big reason why we choose the house. Eric and Jean were great hosts - easy to communicate with every step of the way.

60th Birthday Girls Trip

Friends and I came to celebrate our 60th birthdays and had a great time chilling at the pool and hot tub, kayaking and hitting all the fun spots in Marco. The house was clean, well stocked and in a great location. Would highly recommend! Hope to come back again!

Wonderful Home

The house is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, kayaks, and bikes. Everything was in wonderful condition. We thought we would spend more time at the beach but the house and pool were so comfortable we spent a couple days at the pool and skipped the beach. The owners were very kind and we felt like guests at the house. Thank you! Best experience we have had with VRBO

Wonderful Trip

We liked the quiet and safe neighborhood. The house was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. We loved everything about this house. I contacted the owner on one occasion and they quickly replied. We will definitely come back to this home.

Amazing Home!!

This is our second time at this location and it is amazing!! Eric and Jean are awesome property managers and are always there to assist with any questions or concerns. The home is exactly as described, the location is perfect, and all of the amenities are top-notch. Highly recommend and we will definitely return on our next trip to Marco Island!!

Marco Island Paradise

Our stay at this beautiful house was fantastic. The house had all the comforts of home and then some. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, spa and lanai everyday. The dock with the automated lift for the kayaks made kayaking easy. We had so much fun kayaking through the miles of canals and enjoying the views from the water. In the house, everything we could ever need was there. The beds were very comfortable and having large, luxurious en-suites with each bedroom was very nice. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the house is located in a very convenient location, within minutes to all of Marco Islands best restaurants and beaches. Eric and Jean were very good hosts and were prompt in answering any questions we had during our stay… Thanks Eric and Jean!

Amazing Home and Location!!

My wife and I stayed for a getaway week in April and the home is fabulous!! The location is perfect, the home is very well equipped and exactly as described, and the view from the lanai is amazing!! The garage contains everything you need for the beach and the bikes are quality units that we used each morning. The owners were very accommodating and fast with communication. We highly recommend this home and will definitely be planning another visit!!

Vacation

Loved Marco!

This property was exactly as advertised. There are several expectations for your stay here, but they were very clear and easy to follow. We loved the kayaks (the lowering dock) and the bikes. It was so nice to have those to use whenever we wanted instead of having to rent them. Marco Island is a beautiful place!

Relaxing vacation

My husband and I and our 2 adult children just came back from the most relaxing week ever. We have had a very stressful year, and this is just what we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better home. It had everything we needed, plus more. Very clean and great location. We used the bikes, but did not try the kayaks. I probably would have rolled over!😂😂. Anyway, I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone.

Winter Vacation

The property is well maintained, clean and spacious. The kitchen is well appointed for all dining styles. The pool area and the dock add additional choices for outdoor seating no matter what the weather may do. The pool and spa were very clean and provide an enjoyable alternative to the beach. The kayaks and powered dock platform were an excellent way to be on the water and see the surrounding area. Eric and Jean could not have been more communicative and quickly addressed any question or concerns we had. For us this house was the best residence we've rented on Marco Island.

Good house

Good house. Each bathroom is an on suite there is no common bathroom in the house. Other things to be aware of , you have to purchase laundry detergent. The house came with 1 paper towel roll and a couple toilet paper rolls for each bathroom. You have to buy your own if you need more. Overall good home to rent. Quick communication from owner.

Short getaway

We had a great time in a short period of time. Several liked the ability to use the kayaks. Property manager responded to every contract quickly, even how to adjust shower for the perfect temperature. My only negative is not having detergent available to start washing the towels as requested. I don’t mind doing it but detergent us easy enough to leave for guests. Would definitely come again.

We take a lot of pride in our property and use it for our own vacations as well. You should expect this unit to be very clean with comfortable beds, high quality bedding, a great selection of pillow types, etc... we know the value of getting a good nights sleep, especially when on vacation! We plan to rent the property about 20 weeks a year so that it doesn't get over used and will be something we can enjoy when we use it. We've hired a range of service providers to ensure the property is well kept and in great shape for every one of our guests.

We also are very active in the rental process and will be very open in communicating with our guests. We want this to be your best vacation experience ever, so our vision of being an owner is to establish a relationship with our guests so they know they have a place they can trust will deliver a fun, relaxed, stress free vacation location for years to come!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath property, which we think makes it great from a renters standpoint. Less bathroom sharing than the typical 3/2 you often find on the island. The southern exposure is great in the fall, winter and spring months ensuring sunshine on the lanai throughout the year.

NOW OFFERING alternative/flexible change over days(not applicable during Feb & March peak season). While most others go Saturday to Saturday, we've noticed that the best times to fly to Florida are often Tuesdays and Wednesdays. So, to allow potential guests to take advantage of more attractive air fares, we have opened up our change over dates during non-peak seasons to include any day of the week.
