THINGS TO KNOW:
- Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
- 2 dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific SunnyDays approval.
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee of $155 (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.

Love this property!

We loved this property and throughly enjoyed our stay. The house is comfy and relaxing, and the backyard is sublime. It’s also perfectly located. We will definitely book this house again on our next trip to Palm Springs!

Fantastic Getaway

Beautiful home with plenty of gathering space as well as privacy for five people. The pool area was lovely. The two separate living spaces were great for those who want to read and those who want to watch TV. Excellent location.

Great location and Property

Being an older home, like all the homes in the area this property was clean, and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, the pool and spa were wonderful and the outside grill area was fantastic. BBQ grill was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

location and ease of stay/check in/check out was great. place was a little beat up and lighting was a bit harsh, but beds were comfortable and poolside was fantastic! would definitely return.

nice quiet week

The hot water takes a good long time and the spa heating is also a little wonky, but this is a very nice, spacious house/property and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Winter getaway

We had a wonderful two weeks with friends in Palm Springs. This house is set up perfectly for two couples/families to enjoy. The pool and spa were delightful and we spent most days outdoors. The house was a bit worn and needs some TLC. Property management was responsive to our requests throughout our stay.

SPACIOUS, FUN BACKYARD

The location is very good, and the backyard is amazing! The kitchen is really well-stocked for a rental. There are a couple of downsides: (1) the noise level monitor, where you can be asked to leave without refund if the level reaches 45 decibels (library voice); and (2) the interior could use some updating. But,I found it enjoyable and clean.

May I have another?

We very much enjoyed our stay. A few minor hiccups, but the host was prompt to reply via text, extremely helpful. Be careful lighting the fireplace, my eyelashes will grow back. Spent most of our time enjoying the pool area. Look forward to a return visit.

Spring Break family vacation

This place was perfect for our getaway to enjoy the outdoors and swimming! My daughter and friend loved it. The separate wings of house also a good benefit. Very close to downtown which was super convenient. Cozy furniture and plenty of seating. Had some trouble with some of tvs but we didn’t watch much tv and was able to figure out when we did. Water issue - the refrigerator drinking water stopped working first day so we went an bought bottled water. One of the bathrooms off master having a draining issue (sure that can be fixed). Beds and blankets are comfy. However I generally need a bit firmer mattress, so had a bit of back ache. All and all a great find and one we would come back to.

Great house well appointed

This house is very well maintained and well appointed. We had a child of 2 with us and the house has a high chair, stroller, and playpen. The beds g and linens are very nice. The kitchen well equipped. There are inky two questionable items. 1. We just couldn’t figure the spa out. 2. They have equipped the kitchen with a tiny apt dishwasher. Not really adequate for even regular meals. I definitely recommend this house.

Property is nice but has issues Cole and Nick were responsive but Rodent issue in wall was never fixed Nick asked me to call if we heard rodents again, I did but nothing happened to correct problem

Positive experience

The property is a bit more aged than the vibrant pictures indicate, but we did take advantage of and enjoy the outdoor area daily, which was the primary draw for us. SunnyDays was responsive and very accommodating. The property is well set up for multiple people, with a "west wing" and "east wing", each with their own bedrooms, bathrooms and sitting areas, and a kitchen separating the wings. The property is flush with televisions, inside and out. It's conveniently about 1.5 miles off of the main strip, on a road with relatively little traffic. Community quiet hours from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am require you to move inside during these times, given the 45-decibel restriction, which for reference is far below the level of quiet conversation (and even the sound of the cascading water in the pool).

Nice But Dated / Worn

Large outdoor entertaining area outside for sun bathing, pool play, socializing! Nice clean BBQ. The outdoor furniture has been kissed by the sun, but very comfortable. Plenty of beach towels. Inside is spacious and has two “living rooms”. The bedrooms were large and if you like a soft bed? You’ll like these. If you like a firm bed… The kitchen was clean and functional. The place was clean, but could use a refreshing coat of paint. There were places where wear and tear might make it look dirty, but is probably suitcases taking their toll. We sat and compared the photos on the site to real life…. It’s amazing what a vivid filter will do to enhance the colors and brightness. The WORST part was the starter kit. A roll of toilet paper on the holder and not one back up roll in the house for the 3 bathrooms. The roll wasn’t even a new full roll! Overall- the location to the strip, convenience to the airport, etc… it was a great value and worth a trip to the store for toilet paper.

This place is not as advertised

This place is not as advertised. This place was vert dirty and unkempt, stained furniture and dirt blankets, moldy shower curtain were just some of the issues. The canopy with broken poles falling down. The pool toys were broken and dirty, Pool was dirt when we arrived. The Spa was not usable, it is on program that controlled remotely and you are not able to turn on or change temperature as needed. We were charged 75$ for pool heat. There was no host the arrived to collect paper work as advertise, we were charged a host fee and cleaning fee and almost 2 times the average rate. They did send a maintenance man over to resolved the issues, as one of the sinks did not have hot water, he turned the water up to scolding- be aware to families with young children. He attempted to resoled the spa heat issue but still was not able to use. This was so disappointing and stress full. We are requesting a refund.
