Marianne, thank you so much for your review. We are so glad to hear that you had a great stay despite the unwanted visit from our bear friends here in Tahoe. For future guests, please be aware that bears in South Lake Tahoe roam the neighborhood looking for food. They are able to brazenly enter homes through doors or windows that are left open or unlocked. To avoid a bear invasion, please make sure that all windows and doors are closed and locked when you are not in the home. Thank you again for handling this unfortunate circumstance by letting us know immediately. We can bear-ly wait to host you again on your next trip to South Lake Tahoe!

Thank you for your review. When we read about your experience with the internet access, were were surprised as we have never heard this before. We went straight to the home (March 5) and measured an incredible 36.69 Mbps download and 4.27 Mbps upload. We also reset the cable and wireless systems and repeated the tests with even higher marks. We have a 24/7 guest services hotline and encourage our guests to call us with any questions. Had we received a call during your stay, we either would have worked to resolve the issue over the phone or would have sent someone out to the home. One of the advantages of renting from from us is we have 24/7 support for you and all our homes. We really encourage our guests to use it.

Thank you again for staying with us! We are pleased that you called us about the sauna so we could have it up and running within 30 minutes of your call. We are also so sorry that the ping pong was damaged just prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, we have decided not to replace the table so we can maximize space in the garage. With the pool table, foosball, gaming table, games, and all the smart TV’s, we are glad your kids had a great time. Thank you for letting us know about the sofa sleeper, our team has already started work on this. Starting in 2022, this home will only be available for 30+ night stays. However, we understand this home may not be for everyone and we’re sorry to hear you would not return to this specific spot. Larry, thank you for your review and feedback on the home. This home has a fully stocked kitchen with all essentials to cook and dine for the maximum number of people allowed to sleep at the home. If you have any specific items you are referring to, please let us know so we are able to provide that for future guests. In the bathrooms, we provide towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, make-up wipes, body wash and hair dryer. This is good for future guests to note. Thank you for letting us know about the screen door -- we always appreciate the opportunity to address problems while you are in the home, instead of letting us know after departure, so we can make sure you are enjoying your stay. The screen door is now fixed. We maintain a very high standard of cleanliness and we apologize that you came across some items that were not to your satisfaction.
