The Forest Studio at the Manor on Main provides the perfect combination of modern amenities and convenience with a touch of the past. This ground-level studio apartment offers a queen bed, bath with whirlpool tub/shower combination*, gas fireplace, kitchenette with microwave & coffee makers, and loads of natural light. Included is free Wi-Fi with high-speed internet and a large screen Roku TV complete with Spectrum's new streaming app offering up to 250 live channels!

*Please be aware that seniors or individuals with mobility issues may have difficulty using the whirlpool tub/shower combination in the Garden or Forest Studios, as the step over may be too high to safely negotiate. There are secure grab bars to assist in entering and exiting the tub, but you need to be aware that this situation may present a problem if you have mobility issues.

Pet Policies* We are pleased to offer a welcoming and pet-friendly vacation rental that is fully equipped and meticulously clean, ensuring a comfortable stay for you and your furry companion. At Well-Bred Luxury Lodgings, we understand that pets are beloved family members, and we strive to accommodate them when possible.

Many of our rentals feature fenced dog yards with pooper scoopers, and “doggy waste bag” dispensers are available on the premises; Please ensure all pet waste is cleaned up

Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. However, if your pet usually sleeps with you, kindly bring your own bedding and notify us ahead of time. We can prepare the beds without linens upon request so you can snuggle with your furry friend!

Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and flea treatments

We kindly ask that pets remain quiet and not be left unattended. Crates are available, and we can recommend local doggie daycare services upon request.
Pets must be leashed at all times while outside

Kindly remember that you are fully responsible for your pets during your stay. Any damage or extra cleaning, including excessive shedding, pet hair on beds or furniture, stains, and/or odors may incur additional charges. We hope you and your furry friends have a wonderful time and kindly ask you to treat our property with care.
