Bring your furry friend (hypoallergenic) along for a $75 pet fee (1 dog maximum, 50lbs or less). We kindly request that pets refrain from furniture use, be crated when unattended, and be housebroken and well-trained. Please inquire about pets outside of these perimeters.

- Bedroom 1(Main Floor, *Master*): King Bed (sleeps 2), smart TV, USB port alarm clock, light-up vanity, ceiling fan, and AC/HEAT ductless unit. *Pack n' play and infant/toddler feeding seat available in the closet.*
- Bedroom 2 (Main Floor): Queen bed (sleeps 2), smart TV, USB port alarm clock, ceiling fan, and AC/HEAT ductless unit.
First Lower Level Floor: Bedroom 3 with a Queen bed and twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), smart TV, USB port alarm clock, ceiling fan, and AC/HEAT ductless unit.-

**Policies:**
- Guests must agree to common house rules before booking.
- The primary guest must be 21 or older and present throughout the stay. ID verification is required.
- Security cameras outside the home for security and liability purposes.
- No smoking anywhere inside the house , fireworks, glitter, or confetti. - $500 fine
- One well-behaved dog (50 lbs or less) allowed with a $50 pet fee. Crate and house training required.
-DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE in the house or leave outside. Must bring your trash to the trash compactor. All addresses and hours of operation will be provided in your check in instruction.
- Be Aware wildlife on the property: plenty of Deer and occasional foxes and bears.
- We will request ID's (driver's license) from Main booker once booking is confirmed for security purposes and community registration.
