You'll have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay at our place. The house will be entirely yours, and no one else will stay there during your visit. This means you'll have complete privacy and the freedom to make yourself at home.

♥ Registered Guests and Preauthorized Visitors: We hope everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. For this reason, we limit the number of preregistered guests to six (maximum two dogs). All guests and dogs must be accounted for at the time of reservation. Following an explanation and preauthorized consent by message, we will gladly consider non-registered day visitors. Large parties will not be accepted.

♥ Parties, Events, & Noise: This neighborhood is not conducive to loud music or disruptive noise. Respect for the neighborhood's quiet nature is an expectation of our guests. We take our responsibility as hosts and neighbors seriously. We wish to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for guests and neighbors. Therefore, parties or events are not allowed.

♥ Quiet Time: Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise at reasonable levels at all times and to a minimum after 10 PM and before 8 AM (including basketball).

♥ Guests with Dogs: We welcome your furry friends to our property! Please include any dog(s) (maximum of two) and the appropriate pet fee in the reservation. To keep the property sanitary, please clean up after your pet(s) and use the compost area (other side of the white gate) or the provided waste bags and trash can. Please prevent pets from jumping on furniture or beds and crate them if left alone. Though we thoroughly clean and sanitize after each guest, our space may not be best for you if you have strong allergies or aversion to pet dander or fur. We want to ensure all our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

♥ Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is 3 PM. 10 AM marks Check-out. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested through message. Approval will depend on the amount of advance notice, our cleaner's schedule, and other bookings on the calendar.

♥ Smoking: is not permitted inside. Smoking is OK outside, but please pick up your butts. :)

♥ Garbage Disposal: Keeping our home clean and fresh can only be accomplished if we all do our part. Please dispose of garbage in the provided trash cans inside and outside the house. Trash must be out at the curb on Wednesday evening. Local co-hosts will come to put the garbage at the curb unless you wish to perform that valuable service. Please let us know if that is your preference, and we will cancel their visit.

♥ No Illegal Activities: We do not allow illegal activities on the premises.

♥ Respect our Home: This is our home, and we want our guests to enjoy it as much as we do. Please treat it with care and respect, both inside and out. Any property damage or excessive cleaning costs will be reported and billed to the guest. Because we are on a septic system, we ask for prudent water usage in showers and other fixtures and only flush toilet paper.

♥ Security Measures: We have outdoor security cameras on the property's southern side, front and back, including a Nest doorbell on the front door. These security devices only record outdoor video and audio. There are Nest smoke and CO2 detectors in the Great Room and Hallway that, once a month, do a verbal sound check. Guests are strictly prohibited from tampering with or disconnecting devices or Wi-Fi signals during their stay. These amenities are crucial for safety and compliance with community standards. Any attempt to interfere with the internet, WI-Fi, or any of these devices is grounds for immediate termination of a reservation.

Note... South Carolina has many indigenous critters for which we contract with Orkin Pest Control to inspect and repel regularly. Though their presence is under control, they vigorously compete to share the environment. Therefore, we do not offer refunds based on their discovery. If found during your stay, you're welcome to notify us. If requested, we will contact Orkin to see if an out-of-sequence visit can be performed. Please let us know if you'd like more information on Orkin's prescription and protocol for our property!
