Welcome to Blue Sunset- a wonderful beach end unit townhome located in the special beach town of Blue Mountain Beach. It's a relaxed family friendly area that's 2 min walk to public beach access. Located on a quiet pedestrian friendly road. We have thoughtful renovated and decorated the space with attention to detail and quality furnishing & kitchen supplies.

Backpack beach chairs and Beach towels provided.

Easily walkable to restaurants and ice cream. Community pool, Gulf views off primary bedroom balcony.

Two bedroom/two bathroom with king, queen, XL twin bunk and pull out bed in couch. Balconies and large smart TVs in every room.

Covered parking with enough space for three cars.

Bike rental shop Big Daddys just 3 min walk

Perfect stay!

We absolutely loved this townhouse and the location. Super close to the beach and Blue Mountain Creamery. The public beach access closest to this townhouse is very crowded, so be prepared for that during peak season. However, we loved our trip and will definitely return.

It was a beautiful place. The only problem we had was the door lock, every time, and I mean every time it wouldn’t lock or unlock without great difficulty. If they could look into fixing that, it would be in top shape :):) Overall though we loved our stay and had a great time.

Great Stay at Blue Mountain Beach

We enjoyed our short weekend getaway to Blue Mountain Beach, and loved staying at Erin's place! We especially appreciated all the gathering spaces (porches, tables, living areas, extra chairs), the games cabinet, as well as ample towels/extra linens. The condo was fresh, comfortable, relaxing, and clean, and just steps away from the beach access as well as the local bakery!

Great place for a small group just steps from Blue Mountain Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this well-appointed and beautifully renovated spot just steps from Blue Mountain Beach. Great to be on the beach side of 30A with a very close beach access with some parking and restrooms. Also easy walking distance to Blue Mountain Bakery and Blue Mountain Creamery. A perfect Spring Break location!

Close walk to the beach

Walking distance to blue mountain beach - literally took 2 mins which was awesome. Also walking distance to blue mountain bakery and creamery - perfect for getting morning burritos and afternoon ice cream. The place was clean, looked exactly like the photos online. We had some problems finding the location and the company was very very quick to get back to us and followed up to make sure we had gotten in afterwards. Definitely a gem if you are looking for a close stay to the beach and fun.

Great location

Older townhome that is newly and nicely renovated. Very nice layout, efficient and comfortable. Multiple decks, one had a view of the ocean. Simple but fun pool the kids enjoyed. There are two flights of stairs to reach the gorgeous beach. Easy walking to coffee shop, ice cream and 4 restaurants. Check in process easy, you use an app to communicate with the owners.

The place was lovely. I am, however, in my 70s and the stairs were just too much for me at times. I liked the convenience to the beach and all my favorites. i.e. puddle cookies, icecream, and my favorite restaurant just down the street.

Easy beach vacation

Everything you need for an easy beach vacation. Furniture is updated and good quality. Kitchen has the basics. The real allure is the easy access to the beautiful Blue Mountain beach, which is truly a two minute walk. The property is on a quiet street but walking distance to the ice cream shop, bakery, several restaurants, etc. We stayed on a girls’ weekend but this property would also be good for a family with children (as long as you don’t need a tub for baths). We would stay again.

Great location and perfectly equipped rental with nice design!

We loved our stay in this condo. It was perfectly close to the beach and businesses so we didn't have to rely on the car hardly at all (just to go to Publix). The beach equipment rental addition was very convenient. The communication with management was quite efficient and we had everything we needed during our stay with active children. Maybe the pool could have been heated because we found ourselves there in a cold snap, but that's not a reflection on the owners of this property. Loved it!

Perfect Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was probably the most well equipped/stocked rental. Nothing was overlooked and you can tell a lot of thought was put into the property. Great location with short walking distance to beach and several restaurants. Having access to a pool was a huge plus for the kids.

Lovely

This place exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, bright, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location made it easy to walk to the beach or out to eat. All in all it was a lovely last minute beach getaway for our family of four.

Comfortable, convenient beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay and had all of the comforts needed for a relaxing vacation. The house is a block from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. The kitchen was simple but well stocked. The beds were comfortable and worked well for our family of 5. We used the pool several times due to red flag warnings at the beach which limited swimming. We also enjoyed the hike & bike trails that pick up right at the end of the street. I would recommend this property and stay here again!

Blue Mountain is the highest elevation in all of the Gulf of Mexico! it has wonderful charm, with walkable restaurants but low density for a laid back vibe. There is a market, bakery and bike rental shop within 3 min walk

Our townhome is so close to the beach access but on an extremely quiet road! its very spacious compared to other similar places with comfortable seating and dining. the covered parking is nice to be protected from the sun and rain.
