Family time

My family and I enjoyed a few days here and loved it!! Close access to the beach and 30A. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. We had a great time !!

Excellent, would highly reccommend

Excellent condo and comfortably furnished. Be aware we were missing a large coffee pot for our entire stay. Also, the wine bottle opener furnished in the Condo was broken and needs to be replaced. M1- 221 Thanks for the excellent Cust service and communication from Katherine and Lisal. We will plan to visit again!

Lovely stay in Blue Mountain

The condo was spotless, everything was in perfect working order. The beds were very comfortable, the furniture was clean. The pool was a short stroll away, and the beach was a .25 mile walk but sometimes we were able to catch the complimentary golf cart to/from the beach. The only glitch was the instructions for internet connection was wrong, I hope they have fixed that error. Other than that, our rental was perfect.

Great Service

We accidentally locked our bedroom door and could not get in. Coastal Dreamin's Kristie answered our call and sent a staff person to the condo right away. Problem solved! They could not have been nicer. This condo is very, very clean and pleasantly decorated.

Better Than Average

The accommodations were great, however, several light bulbs were out & I replaced them with bulbs I found in the kitchen cabinets. One in the master bath shower, one in the front bath over the tub. Two in the front bedroom closet &.twofold over the front bedroom sink. Both vacuum cleaned were full of dust, lint, sand & trash. I did not empty these as I wasn't sure how to do this & someone needs to physically see this. Other than the above, there were no problems.

Condo experience Great Mgmt service not that good.

The condo was perfect. It was well furnished and equipped. Location is perfect. Unfortunately we experienced quite a few issues with the management. These are a few issues: - Condo was not very clean ( we found toys and pieces of plastic in areas that were visible). - The initial code received to access the condo was not working. I contacted the number on the paper. The agent keep asking me for a reservation code. I gave her all codes I found but nothing worked. It was very upsetting. she was not willing to give us any code to access the condo until I got upset over the phone. - Every single day we went to the beach we were denied the access the chairs and umbrella. The reservation includes this service. They were forcing us to pay for the service. I had to show them the paper, but the last day the 2 kids in charge denied us the service. I lost my patience and took the umbrella either way and called to complain. I just received a text back from the management office saying a was probably going to the wrong tent. We had a baby that needed special accommodations so we thought this was going to be perfect. In terms of the condo, we do not have any complaint but the management should be more organized.

Clean and convenient

The condo was very clean and well maintained. The pool was perfect for our kiddos and not crowded at all. Convenient access to Blue Mountain Beach.

Exceeded Expectations!

The condo was even nicer than we expected. The pool was never crowded and the boardwalk was beautiful. The on-site Redfish Taco restaurant was delicious and convenient. The short walk to the beach was easy, even for our 3-year-old granddaughter and her expectant mother.. The private beach access and restrooms were very nice. The beach was breathtaking! We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Exceeded Our Expectations!!

Amazing experience at this condo and with the property management group! Can't say enough great things about the accommodations - everything was spotless and comfortable. The well stocked kitchen was perfect for eating in and the master bedroom was a real treat in comfort! We enjoyed the short stroll to the beach and especially the private, gated oceanfront amenities. I will definitely use Coastal Dreamin again - very impressed with their entire rental process! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay close to the beach and live music outside at the bar across from the deck!

Wonderful place to stay for a few days and in walking distance to The Creamery, Blue Mabels, and Red Taco right outside the balcony with live music. It was a perfect spot to unwind and relax during our conference. The property has nice linens, great location, and plenty of room to work as well at the bar or table! I cannot wait to go back! The beach is private at the end of the street- 5 min walk and the chairs and umbrellas are there as well for you to enjoy. Fantastic! 10 stars!

Comfortable, clean and convenient

This is a spacious, family friendly, 2 bedroom condo. The elevator and small mudroom inside the condo make it easy to carry things and unpack them to and from the pool/beach. The pool was heated which was great! Our kids also loved the playground and small nature boardwalk. We have 3 young children and the walk to the beach was a breeze with a wagon and stroller. Once at the beach you have the convenience of chairs/umbrella, redfish bathrooms, hose, and a beach private to redfish. I could see how during busy seasons the beach and pool would be crowded, but it wasn't for our stay. Red fish taco is literally around the corner, with amazing food and live music at night... which wasn't loud enough to hear from the condo. Grocery store is a quick drive as well. Overall this condo is just what you need, especially with young kids. (Bunk beds, two bathtubs, tv in kids' room, rocking chairs on balcony) Only cons in my opinion are the counter height table and chairs and their isn't a view from the balcony. Both of which we knew ahead of time because of the photos, so it wasn't a problem. Pool code didn't work the first night and management was also easy to get ahold of for help. Highly recommend!
