Unidad del extremo oeste del tercer piso con una vista increíble durante 20 millas por la playa hasta Destin, Florida. La unidad está a 5 millas al oeste de Seaside, Florida. Habitación tipo loft con cama king size y baño principal privado con bañera de hidromasaje, habitación en la planta baja con dos camas queen size y 1. 5 baños. Sofá cama en salón. The location, views, pristine beach, and privacy of the balcony deserve a 10/10 rating; however the condo itself has great potential to be 10/10, but needs updating. What we loved: high ceilings, big bedrooms, comfortable furniture, laundry in unit, quiet 3rd floor unit, functional and clean overall. What needs to be changed: the worn and stained carpeting in the living/dining area, the carpeting in the upstairs bathroom, no electrical outlets in any of the bathrooms (could not blowdry your hair in front of a mirror), old shower heads. When we arrived, the numbers on the outside of the condo bldg did not correspond to the rental unit number. We had to call the owner to find out where to check in. The owner was easy to contact.

We had a wonderful trip, the view from the secluded balcony was beautiful, the sounds of waves provided a relaxing background soundtrack to our daily activities, the direct access to the beach was convenient safe. John is a gracious and considerate host, personable and made are stay more memorable. Thank you for sharing your beach home.

I’ve been staying in this area the last few years with my wife and now with our daughter. We’ve stayed a couple different places and John’s place by far has the best location and view. It doesn’t get much better in Blue Mountain Beach.

Perfect views & location

Cannot beat the views and being right on the beach! Felt like we stepped back in an old Florida home (in the best way possible). Really enjoyed our stay here and John was extremely responsive!!

Great Location

The condo was as described. The location was awesome and it was well stocked. John was very easy to communicate with and had work done on a ceiling fan in a timely manner. The condo does need some updating. Carpet was very worn and overall just needs a remodel. Still had a great time because location was awesome.

Wonderful beachfront condo

Perfect accommodations for our month stay at Blue Mountain Beach. Spectacular views, comfortable and well equipped condo. Loved the beach walks, the bike trail, the place to visit along 30A. John is an excellent host.Looking forward to our next visit.

SPECTACULAR VIEWS

You won’t find a better view! Just steps to the beach. The condo is spacious and has a vintage vibe. Beds are comfortable and the garden tub in the master is relaxing after a day on the beach. The kitchen is well appointed and has all the gadgets. The A/C keeps it comfortable and I love that they have fans in the bedrooms,for sleep sound. We had a little hiccup upon arrival, but that was an issue with housekeeping. The owner, John, is very personable and attentive. We really like him. The condo also hosts beach chairs, noodles, etc.. Can’t wait until our next visit.

We loved the area and the beach. Very few high density properties around. Great beach to relax on. Great beach to walk on. Easy access to the room to refill the cooler. Exactly what we were looking for.

Location, location, location

The location of the condo is fantastic with the uncrowded private beach access and a short walk to Blue Mountain Beach restaurants and shops and a short bike ride to Watercolor, Seaside and Gulf Place in Santa Rosa. The balcony view is wonderful being on the top floor with unobstructed views. The unit is well appointed and the owner, John, is very friendly and hospitable. The unit decor is very dated and could really use a deep cleaning. There is a musty smell throughout the unit and the carpeting needs to be replaced. The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but that didn't bother us. We didn't mind the extra exercise! There is construction going on in the building next door to the condo, but we didn't hear it from inside the unit. We could hear it from the beach. The location and views from this unit are best part of this condo.

Beach Get Away

We had a wonderful time at the property! There were several issues that need to be address as far as maintenance on the property. The doors going out onto the balcony have no way of locking them because the handle is broken on one side. I purchased bungee cords to try to at least detour entry from outside.Owner acknowledged that the abiblity to lock the doors and secure the property was an ongoing problem, which I found strange that if he knew about it, I feel like it should have been corrected/repaired. The furniture and carpeting is quite stained and nasty, but we covered with towels to sit on. The closet door to access the beach items and beach towels is broken or off track and will not open or close properly. The master suite bed had a mattress cover that had a huge urine stain that was rather disgusting upon discovering when I removed the sheets to wash. The comforters in the downstairs bedroom & x-tra blankets needed washed.There are no usable electrical outlets in either bathroom downstairs and limited outlets elsewhere. ThereThere is broken tile at the deck door, there is broken glass on the closet door upstairs and a bottom piece of the upstairs tub is broken. The location is wonderful, the view from the unit is amazing, the beach area is wonderful and easy access to all surrounding areas! Again, we had a wonderful time. But, if you are looking for a clean, secure property with no issues I suggest you continue your search until these issues have been addressed.

Let me start by saying this unit was in the perfect location. The unit was well equipped and clean. Very cozy and amazing reviews. I must add that the unit is well insulated as we didn’t hear anything outside of the unit. John is a phenomenal host and we chatted multiple times. He was an absolute pleasure to work with on our stay. I would highly recommend anyone staying here and witnessing John’s unit and hospitality.

Wonderful Spring Break week!

We had a wonderful time here over Spring Break. The views were amazing, and being right on the water is always where we want to be with both kids! It makes getting to the beach so convenient. I loved that the beach was just for the condo guests; we had lots of space and never felt too crowded. John was great with communication; we spoke leading up to the trip and he was always available to answer any questions or help us with what we needed. He also sent lots of helpful tips before our stay. We would love to return here!

Location was amazing!!!

You can’t get any closer to the beach! Very few steps to get down there! Love the views from the condo! Internet didn’t work while we were there so no TV, and the unit and building needs updating. But, in all we were thrilled to be at the beach with great views!

Great location

We were very impressed with the attentiveness of the owner and the supplies he left for us in the unit! And of course the location and view is the big draw. The only thing that was a bit of a challenge were the many stairs we had to climb to the third floor! Totally worth it though! Thanks John!

Views for Days

This condo had amazing views from all of the windows. Despite not being able to access the balcony due to construction it was still an amazing stay. The condo had all of the things we needed including beach towels, chairs, & floats. Communication with the owner was very good as well.

Glad we stayed here!

Yes, the title says it all. Every minute spent in this condo was nothing less than Amazing! 10 days went by really fast for us, wish we stayed longer. John the owner was very kind and helpful, making sure we had a successful check in. The views are incredible inside this condo with the open windows, you just have to see it to believe it. The balcony overlooks the beach and ocean better than any I’ve seen. As all the other reviewers stated, everything you need is provided here. It’s quite comfortable and sits on a perfect location close to many good restaurants. I hope we get a chance to stay here again. It’s booked year round, so very unlikely LOL. This definitely goes down as one of the best vacations we’ve had, and this condo had a lot to do with it. Thanks John! -Robert

This place is amazing with views from so many spots within the condo! The beach is gorgeous and the location is great. The owner made the stay more than enjoyable and we had everything we needed.

The condo was very beautiful & clean. It was our first trip to Santa Rosa & we had the best time. The owner of the condo was very sweet & stayed in touch with us on our trip. We would definitely love to stay in the condo again.

This property is very close to the waters edge and has incredible views and sunsets! The main view is to the South/ Southwest and is incredibly beautiful.
