Wonderful location right on the beach! The house is clean, bright and comfortable.We could sit on the patio and watch the waves and surfers and enjoy the sea breeze. It was easy to walk around the peaceful neighborhood and get to the nearby town of Carpinteria. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Unsurpassed beachfront location for viewing waves and morning to dusk, skilled surfers. The residence had everything vacationers like us could need such as a well equipped kitchen and lovely hot tub on the porch. We would love to come back again.

We had the best time staying here. The house was beautiful and clean. The view is amazing, we enjoyed watching dolphins and surfers right from the patio. We will definitely return!

I kinda don’t want to say to many nice things about this property for fear it will be hard to de-book!Located right on the sand at one of Californias premier winter surf breaks, it was perfect for a long weekend celebrating our granddaughters 7th birthday. In the summer the bay in front has warm,clear water with micro-waves perfect for learning to surf. We even got a little long period swell on our last day that snuck through the Channel Islands to provide ultra clean knee high waves!House is turn key for fun! Clearly owned by a surfer. We brought boards but the house has boards, beach toys, kayaks SUPs and more. House is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The pellet BBQ elevated our burgers and hot dogs! I’ve said too much. We’ll be back if this review does t max out the place !

Another relaxing break at Rincon

Beautiful place

This is a wonderful house for two adult couples to enjoy the beautiful views and great location right in front of the famous Rincon Point wave. Our group enjoyed the house and fireplace. We appreciated the pretty neighborhood and close drive to everything we wanted to do in Santa Barbara and Carpinteria.

Ocean Retreat

We were pleasantly surprised at the beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean home. We enjoyed the fire pit and watching the surfers. It was a relaxing way to celebrate my husbands birthday with family.

Great stay!

Immaculate home with all the amenities/appliances/accessories you could ever need. So fun to play on the beach and watch the surfers all day. Close to the highway, but the waves drown out most of the noise. Heavenly property for our family (2 yr old and 3yr old). We would stay here again!!!

The Cove at Rincon

Fantastic property! Location, amenities, access to property management was wonderful! The thoughtfulness of the owners to/for any need, was met. The nights spent at the fire pit, BBQ-ing or in the hot tub will now be a great memory for us! We look forward to another vacation at this lovely home, thank you!

A piece of heaven

This property was amazing. It was all of the description plus some. We had everything we needed with many fine extra touches. The coast is beautiful! We had a wonderful relaxing weekend!

Rincon Week

Beautiful home in a stunning location. For surfers, this must be bliss, but was amazing for us more casual beach goers too. House was super clean and very well decorated. Felt extremely welcoming and our whole family loved it. Traffic noise from the 101 is definitely apparent 24/7, but we’d stay there again despite that issue.

Everything you need, and everything you didn't know you needed. Views, Firepit, Jacuzzi, Paddle Boards, Surf Boards, close to everything but also feels away from everything. Book it and you'll thank me later

The magic of Rincon

This beautiful home had us smiling as we walked in the door. We have stayed at many a vacation rental but the Cove at Rincon is at the top of the list. Clean and updated ..Everything you need (and more). Perfect for 2 couples. The deck opens up your living space. Fire pit and jacuzzi and surfers out front. We can’t wait to return. Kudos to owners and rental staff

layout, design, furnishing & making the most of a fantastic view is a "10". minor complaint - could not get the tv in mbr to work & tv system was a pain & should offer movie channels.

what a great place!

We love pretty much everything about this place. It is in a gated community so you have that extra security. It is right on the beach (in fact it looks like the ocean might be coming in through the windows at high tide!). There is a good sized hot tub right on the back deck, and we enjoyed a fire out on the deck each evening. I turned on the Traeger pellet grill just to see how it worked as I have been thinking about getting one; it is very easy to use, but I did not get a change to actually cook anything on it. The kitchen is well stocked with pots ,pans, utensils, spices. The one thing that took me by surprise was that you cannot park your vehicle in the garage as it is used for the washer dryers and to store owners gear; that might have been mentioned in the listing and I missed it. Living in south Texas, you want to keep your vehicle in a garage if possible to get it out of the baking sun...really not an issue in south central CA. We will be staying there again :)
