Welcome to The Wash House! This home derives its name from its close proximity to a desert wash. This natural phenomenon is a result of a powerful stream that carves its way through the landscape during infrequent but intense rain showers. The wash serves as a haven for a diverse range of wildlife, including coyotes, rabbits, quails. Our hope is for The Wash House to be a relaxing retreat for you to reset, reflect and rejuvenate!

• Guests will have exclusive access to the home. A secondary bedroom closet and a hallway closet will be locked during the stay; a clothing rack with hangers are provided in the secondary bedroom.

• Please note the property does not have enclosed private fencing. The backyard flows open to the wash to maximize shared views with neighbors and the feeling of freedom.
• 4K Roku TV: please connect to your streaming subscriptions
• Firewood and charcoal is not provided
• Parking allowed exclusively on the large driveway that fits up to 4 cars
• Host is readily available through messaging from 9 AM-8 PM PT
