GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 3-bedroom home, the private backyard, and the full 1+ acre property. Enjoy complete privacy with a private entrance and easy self-check-in via a smart lock. On-site parking and an optional EV charger available.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their retreat. We will not be on the property during your stay. However, we are always available and just a message or phone call away if you need anything at all.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: Cooling System: Our home is cooled by an evaporative (swamp) cooler, which pulls in fresh desert air and adds moisture. For it to work effectively, at least one window must be kept slightly open (about 2-3 inches).

Optional Cowboy Tub: To have the cowboy tub (stock tank pool) filled with fresh, clean water for your stay, there is an optional fee of $55. We do not use chemicals in the tub and require advance notice to prepare it for you.

Amenities: An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your use. We also provide a starter amount of soap, shampoo, and lotion for your convenience.

Security: For your security, the property is monitored by exterior security cameras focused on the perimeter and driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas like the hot tub.

Optional EV Charging for a one-time fee of $60 for your stay.
