Welcome to the Key Colony Beach Palm Villa! This stunning 7 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is situated right on the canal, offering breathtaking water views. With 60ft of dockage, it's perfect for boat lovers!

Accommodating up to 10 people, this home is ideal for large family vacations offering a split floor plan in a superb neighborhood of Million Dollar Homes.

The home features 2 kitchen areas fully equipped, howeber there is only one stove/oven which is in the main kitchen upstairs. This makes it convenient for entertaining and hosting guests by the pool or upstairs. There are two dining areas with ample seating for your family to all seat comfortably. There are a total of 5 queen beds, one queen bed and 4 twin beds.

Enjoy water views right from the master bedroom which has a king sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a stand up shower and a balcony. Three of the guest rooms have a queen sized bed and the forth guest room has two queen sized beds. The last two rooms each have two twin size beds.

There are two full bathrooms on the 1st level that have a stand up shower. One of them can also be used as the Cabana bathroom as there is a door leading to the pool area.

Upstairs has the master bathroom and in the hallway another bathroom that has a shower/tub combo and the laundry is in the louvered closet of that bathroom.

Let's not forget about the in-ground swimming pool, where you can relax and enjoy the sunny days. It's a dream home for sure!

There is an ample amount of parking for your vehicles and one boat trailer is allowed at a time on property.

You can enjoy the beautiful ocean views and sunsets at Sunset Park which is a short walk. There are two play grounds in Key colony, a dog park, basketball courts and pickleball. There are many restaurants for you to enjoy your meals right in Key Colony Beach as well as shopping.

The pool can be heated for $200/week. Please ask for this fee to be added if you wish to heat the pool.

No pets, smoking or vaping.

We love this neighborhood of Key Colony Beach. The property manager, Katie, is great! She is super responsive and helpful with any questions/concerns. The only thing I would suggest is adding information to the listing so people know that there is only 1 stove/oven. There are 2 kitchens, and the downstairs kitchen has everything else (refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, plates, utensils) but no stove. The neighborhood is quiet, and the private pool was really nice. We had a great time, and would recommend this property!

We had a great time. The house was well appointed. We brought a 30ft Grady White Marlin and had plenty of room to dock. Sombrero Reef is about 15 minutes away by boat. We caught plenty of fish and had Key Fisheries prepare our catch. What an amazing week.

The perfect large family spot.

Our family surprised our daughter as she got engaged. This awesome location was large enough to house the entire family. Three generations and we had friends join as well. The location was centrally located in the Keys and we were able to get to all our destinations in a short time. The neighborhood was very nice as well. I recommend this spot!

Friends holiday vacation

The house met the needs of the four couples with some extra room if needed. The pool was great, be sure to add to heat it if you plan to stay in the cooler months. Great neighborhood, not far from Key West (we went twice the eight days we were there). There are rental options nearby for boats, kayaks, etc. Katie was quick to respond while we were there. It would great if they stocked more garbage bags, laundry soap, and TP. We would definitely stay there again.

Thanksgiving visit

House a great size and well equipped. Loved the pool and dock. Although disappointed that at the last minute I was notified of a $200 charge to hear the pool. Beautiful beaches 15 minute away. A couple minor problems and maintenance there very quickly. Would return in a heartbeat.

5 STAR EXPERIENCE

Our family decided on this property for our holiday vacation because we wanted a large enough house to host 10 adults, and that would also accommodate our 35’ catamaran dockage needs.. Katie was most helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns. The home is extremely spacious and had everything needed to enjoy our stay. Heated pool made all the difference with some of the cooler days. When weather didn’t permit boating, we were able to still enjoy sunsets just down the street at Sunset Park. Home is in an awesome location-friendly neighborhood close to plenty of shopping and dining options. We even took one day to drive to Key West for lunch. Thoroughly enjoyed the property and highly recommend for others looking for a property to vacation in Marathon. Thanks Katie!

Excellent!

We had an awesome week in late February in Key Colony! We are familiar with the area and love to keep coming back. We fished, took several enjoyable evening cruises, swam in the ocean, enjoyed pool time, saw manatees in the canal (which our 4 yo granddaughter and even adult children loved), dolphins out to eat and sharks while fishing. House is exactly as depicted in the pictures. While a little outdated, it is exceptionally clean compared to other houses we have stayed in over the last several years including a Dec stay in Coco Plum in a newer home (kudos to the cleaning staff!!!). This property will fit your every need. It is well stocked, including beach options of a cooler, chairs & towels! Katie is an awesome host! I had a few questions before our trip and a couple minor hiccups during our trip which she responded too immediately. An awesome week was had by all and will definitely return!
