Important Details & Disclosures



Pool heat/chill is available for an additional $200 per week (plus tax), and $28.57 per additional day (plus tax) thereafter. Please note that pool heat/chill temperature is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued if the pool does not reach a specific temperature.

Cancellation policy: A 3.9% fee of the entire booking amount applies to all cancellations



Parking: Narrow street with limited parking, especially for boats and trailers

The boat lift is not for guest use. There is dockage for up to a 30’ boat behind the boat lift.

Dock area: Strong currents in Vaca Cut – great for boating, not for casual swimming

Seasonal seaweed: Natural in the Florida Keys; may be present depending on the time of year

Max occupancy: Set by the City of Marathon and may not equal total bed count

Saturday–Saturday rentals may be required during peak season

Exterior security cameras for peace of mind

Signed guest agreement required prior to check-in (sent via DocuSign)

Starter pack provided: paper towels, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, soaps, trash bags, and sponge
