COMMUNITY REGISTRATION & FEES:
Important: The gated Arrowhead Lake Community requires all guests to register and pay mandatory fees directly to the community. These fees grant you temporary membership and access to all amenities listed above. This is a community requirement, not a host fee - we do not profit from these charges.
Fee Structure (Paid to Community):
Temporary Membership (Mandatory, Age 6+):

In-Season (May 24 – Sept 2): $8.50/person/night OR $42/person/week
Off-Season (Sept 3 – May 23): $2.00/person/night

Required Fees Per Stay:

Transaction/Administration Fee: $20 per rental
Vehicle Gate Card: $20 per vehicle

Example Cost Calculation:
Family of 4 (including kids 6+) staying 7 nights in July with 1 car:

Weekly rate: $168 ($42 × 4 people)
Admin fee: $20
Vehicle Gate Pass: $20
Total: $208

CRITICAL DEADLINE: Registration must be completed at least 3 days before arrival or a $100 late fee applies. Same-day registration is not permitted.
HOW IT WORKS:

After booking, you'll immediately receive a Google form link to provide guest and vehicle information
Complete the form as soon as possible (and at least 3 days before arrival) to avoid late fees
The day before arrival, the community will email you a welcome package with QR codes for gate access and amenity use
Arrive and enjoy - your QR codes provide seamless access to everything!

Note: You may enter the community on your arrival day at any time to enjoy amenities, but the house is available at 4pm.

HOUSE RULES
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love furry friends, but our home cannot accommodate them. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal and a non-refundable $500 fee.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking is only permitted outside. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $200/day fee.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS/FIREWORKS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home with care to preserve it for future guests and your return visits. Unauthorized events are not permitted.
