Enjoy your vacation at Tranquil Bay. This two story condo is located in North Fulton Beach in the fun Rockport Racquet and Yacht Club. A great place for Winter Texans to come and enjoy the amazing amenities and cozy fireplace.

Most exciting of all, this condo sits poolside, so you are able to make a quick jump in the pool at any time. Relax on the patio as you enjoy the coastal air and vacation vibes.

Inside Tranquil Bay find vaulted ceilings with spacious living areas. A fully equipped kitchen is ready with cookware, major appliances, and many more things to make preparing a meal quick and easy. Enjoy a Netflix movie with the whole family on the Smart TV in the living room. After a long day, retreat to the bedroom set with comfortable and fresh arrangements. Each of the bedrooms have a King size bed and there are also 2 Twin rollaway beds.

You're only minutes away from all the fun of downtown Rockport! For affordable family fun, Rockport Beach is a great place to spend a day relaxing and swimming. Kids will also have a blast at the beach with the multiple themed playgrounds and swing sets. Perfect getaway location

What a great place and value for the money! Extremely clean with just enough space for four adults and two nine year olds! The maintenance guys were on spot with the outside too! My family and I loved the place. The pool is literally out the back door and the pier is amazing. We met lots of awesome people and really enjoyed our stay! We will be back!

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The fishing pier was very nice and we did fishing and crabbing from there almost every day. The townhouse complex had few guests while we were there and the swimming pool was very cold and not usable. But overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

The condo was perfect for the four of us as the a/c was cool, the showers hot, and the beds comfy. The kitchen was very small but that was ok because we weren’t cooking.

Comfortable and clean. The bedrooms were very large and each floor had a fold out bed in the closet which our 8 year old slept on. The kitchen was stocked well and the living room area had a great comfy couch to relax and watch a movie on in the evenings. Amenities were nice. This unit had some tennis rackets and balls to use so that was nice. I picked this unit because the pool was so close. It was very easy to keep an eye on our son in the pool from the porch.

We had several issues during our stay that were disappointing. First, we messaged about check-in a few days prior and were told instructions would arrive at noon on the day of arrival. We didn’t receive anything until we called at 3pm, which delayed our plans and was frustrating. Second, the listing mentioned a laundry facility, but there was none available. This was misleading and inconvenient. Lastly, the condo itself was not clean. I had to rewash every kitchen item before using them, and the carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in years. Garbage disposal didn't work, so there was a gross order from the sink. Overall, the experience was just average.

Family/fishing/relaxing

Clean enjoyable cottage. Gated pool, that is lit up at night. Short walk to fishing pier and has small boat dock (we didn’t put a boat in but it is there). Back road by bay will take you to lots of good eats and bait shops around 5, 10 min drive. I did go buy a coffee pot for we drink a pot of coffee instead of little cups. Didn’t locate the washer and dryer but one was stated to be there, may be in different building? Or in locked closet?. over all very satisfied with price, location and quality. Will rerun !!

Great Weekend Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I originally booked the condo for July, but Hurricane Beryl decided to visit at the same time. The hosts graciously allowed me to choose a different weekend to visit so we ended up visiting in August instead. The timing was perfect because it was right before school started and there weren’t any crowds to deal with. This was a short weekend getaway for me and my 18 year old to unwind and relax.The condo grounds were a little overrun, but the actual condo itself was wonderful. It was steps from the pool, very clean and had a great lay-out. The beach themed decor created a relaxing environment, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the hosts provided everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend!

Good but not great.

The listing had stated there was a grill at the condo and Landry but there was no grill just the one for the community. The Landry area was temporary closed, the hot water didn't ever get hot and most importantly the AC was not working when we arrived. The property manager was great and got maintenance to go out quickly to fix the issue but there were no ceiling fans in any of the rooms which made waiting for the cool air very difficult. We've stayed at this condo community last but in a different condo. This condo seems to just have the bare minimum but other condos there do offer more. I can recommend the resort and the property management but this condo needs a little more work to receive a great review.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked a last minute trip to just getaway and disconnect. We also wanted to get in a little fishing inas we. This place had what we were looking for. It was quiet. Golf cart friendly, private pier for fishing,as well as trailer parking. Our only issue with the stay was that the upstairs tub drained really slow. That would not deter us from rebooking there again. We enjoyed our stay.
