Located high up on a ridge in St Croix's prestigious East End this stunning two bedroom, two bathroom mid century house boasts incredible sea views of both the North and South shores and a large swimming pool with a generous pool deck from which to enjoy the gentle sea breezes and views. This one of a kind property is a mid-century enthusiasts dream, featuring mid-century architectural details and furnishings, hand-built mahogany cupboards, and terrazzo floors. Enjoy your morning coffee and sip your evening cocktail while relaxing in the panoramic ocean-view gazebo. Rise early and watch the sun rise up from the sea and on a moonlit night Grapetree bay becomes a gorgeous vista reminiscent of liquid mercury. Ideally located, the villa is just a short drive to sandy beaches, historic Christiansted town, incredible restaurants, fun bars, Point Udall (the easternmost part of the United States), scenic hiking trails that lead to the pristine and incomparable Jack and Isaacs Bays, and the Buccaneer hotel with its fantastic 18 hole links golf course, tennis and spa. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and AC but with the Caribbean breezes, you will rarely need it. The living area is spacious, comfortable and flooded with natural light. Dinning is an elegant and cozy experience with a dedicated dinning room off the gourmet kitchen.

I am a real estate broker on St Croix and a 22 year islander so I am very familiar with the island and love to introduce people to my paradise home. I know all the best beaches, bars, restaurants and fun things to do and am happy to share my knowledge with newcomers.

St Croix is a island full of surprises and although under the US flag it retains its Caribbean charm and character. The two main towns are rich with history and both are extremely pretty with 19 century Danish architecture still prevalent. The food culture is as varied and rich as the population with Caribbean, American, Latin, Asian and European cuisine to be found. As well as relaxing on a beautiful beach with the sea lapping at your feet there are many adventures to be had on St Croix if you are up for it... World class diving, sailing to other islands, boat tours, road tours, horseback riding, hiking, golfing, zip lining, parasailing, jet-skiing, off-roading, powered snorkeling and much more. Only 22 miles long and 7 miles wide nothing is far away and you are never more than 3.5 miles to a beach!
