🌴CASA COCO-PAIS maximum nightly occupancy is 6 adults + children. Visitors are welcome, even overnight, as long as the villa remains within the maximum occupancy

🌴There is a $15 nightly utilities fee which includes air condition, electricity, propane, internet cable as well as an endless supply of bottled water attached to all CASA COCO-FIESTA bookings that is payable by cash in US or pesos on arrival

🌴$100 REFUNDABLE key/towel deposit is payable by cash in US or pesos on arrival and returned prior to departure once keys and towels are accounted for...Missing or damaged key $11 US, Missing or damaged hand towel $10 US, Missing or damaged bath towel $15 US & missing or damaged pool towel $20 US
