Good enough for a last minute option

The house was fine, clean enough, had enough room for a family of 5. It is directly above a restaurant that includes outside seating. There is a nice little covered patio for watching people. The pin shown on the original map was about half the distance to the boardwalk from where it actually was located. Fairly big deal for OCNJ. The listing also stated that parking is on site, which is a little misleading. There is a paid parking lot that you park in and while the host will reimburse you if you ask, (about $37/week) you are responsible to make sure you update the parking app 3 times a day or risk getting a $30 ticket. There is also no great option for storing beach things other than taking them upstairs and out on the patio.

Would definitely go back!

This place checked all the boxes. Husband and kids were thrilled with the location. In the middle of the hustle with plenty of food options, three blocks to beach and boardwalk, a block to grocery store, close to shops and quick in and out off the 9th street bridge. There was plenty of room to spread out, kitchen and bathroom were updated and a nice little porch to people watch. We enjoyed a breakfast and lunch at the cafe below and a meal across the street. Hubby and teenager went mini golfing every morning because it was that convenient. Just an all around great stay.

Excellent location with lots of room

My family (2 adults, 2 teens, and dog) loved our week here. There is plenty of room to spread out. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and work well. We loved how close we were to shops and the boardwalk. The cafe below is amazing and the staff is great. The porch is lovely to sit out on. The owners are super nice an responsive. This is an excellent property and we are already looking forward to next year!

This is our second year at the property. Great location for beach/boardwalk and shopping on Asbury. We love the front porch. Plenty of space including for our pup. Owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Great week at the shore!

We had a fantastic stay. The central location provided easy access to shops, the boardwalk amd the beach. A shady park is just a few blocks away for walking the dog and hitting the farmer’s market. Having the bedrooms upstairs from the family room was great. The parking lot allows for four hours on the meter, which worked out well. Free street parking was also easy to find a few blocks north.

Such a great home for the week!

Bobbie and Daniel were amazing hosts. This house was so much bigger than I anticipated, super clean, and had everything we needed. The location is ideal, so close to the boardwalk and beach, as well as so many great shops and restaurants. We got breakfast downstairs at Ocean City Cafe everyday, so good and convenient! Would love to stay here again!

Adorable Place

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was an absolutely adorable place to stay. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. My family, friends, and puppies had an amazing week. The location was perfect for us-easily access the town, beach, and boardwalk. I loved that it was a quick walk to my favorite coffee place.😁

Perfect location

Really enjoy our time at this location. It was perfectly located and kept clean by the owners. Communication with Bobbie and Charlie was outstanding. There's a metered lot next door and the owners provided change which was very helpful. That stated, we parked about 3 blocks away which had ample no-metered street parking.

Great spot in OCNJ

Everything went smoothly. Parking money being provided was great and being able to rent Wednesday to Wednesday was awesome.

Great place for families!

We loved this property! It was the perfect size for our family of four, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Was great to be able to walk to so many shops and the boardwalk too. Highly recommend.

Super convenient & family friendly spot in the heart of Ocean City

Our family of 3 vacationed here for a week in July and were SO happy with our stay. We found the house to be extremely clean and spacious. You are just a few steps from all the stores and a few walkable blocks to the boardwalk. We were shocked at how quiet and family-friendly the house was...they even included outlet protectors and a safety gate. The small covered porch was perfect for our two year old and for us too. Bobby(the owner) was readily available for questions and left toiletries and a welcome basket for us which we appreciated a ton! The house could comfortably fit 8-10 people and one of the best parts is that each bedroom had its own TV. I’d highly recommend this property!!
