Beautiful and very clean property. There was enough room for my family and we all enjoyed our stay. I would love to stay here the next time I’m in town. I would like to see better locks on the outside doors. That is the only reason I’m gave 4 stars. It is really worth the stay. Thanks Nelson

Great place to stay close to boardwalk

Really loved this rental. Close to everything, large, lots of room for a group to spread out. Clean, owner was great and very accommodating. Would love to stay here again!

Excellent location, great house.

It's a great house right by the beach! You have to take the lead in communication with the owner, but he is responsive and attentive once you do.

Lovely, family friendly rental property with all the comforts of home!

This property was awesome! My daughter, 3 grandkids and I all had an amazing stay! The house was spotless upon arrival, private parking was a huge plus and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out comfortably. Just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk and walking distance to shops and restaurants made this a perfect location. The property manager was just an email away and always available if needed. Thanks for everything Nelson and the Dice family, we had an amazing week!! We will definitely be back soon!

Long weekend

We took our three kids, and they each brought a friend. The house fit us all perfectly. Located only 2 blocks from jilly’s arcade. Location, location, location. The kids definitely enjoyed having access to the surf and skim boards and sat outside on the patio a lot with their friends. Great spot.

Great visit at Sassafrass

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at this cute property. There are three outside gathering spaces and party lights for a festive atmosphere. It’s two blocks to the boardwalk and beach. 😀In the condo we were greeted by lovely relaxing music and everything was spotless. We wanted to stay a whole week but had to hurry home. Next trip we will stay longer! Wonderful host, Nelson, was in touch by text and offered assistance but all was fine at the condo. Thank you! It looks just as pictured.

An Amazing Place To Stay in OC

Our family has come to OC for many years and stayed in a variety of places from hotel rooms to rental properties. In all the places that we have chosen to stay during our visit, this place was the nicest by far. Everything exceeded our expectations. The property was better than what appeared in the pictures & the hosts were both gracious and generous in so many ways. My wife said that she wished that she could clean our home as nice as this rental and our visit to OC truly felt like a visit to a second home thanks to these folks. The property has multiple bathrooms and bedrooms and this basically gave us a lot of options for sleeping arrangements and for getting ready to go out the door. When we arrived, it was a hot & in the 90's & they had the AC running so that we walked into a comfortably cool place. The lighting in this rental is also incredible. There are floor lamps, wall sconces, table lamps & most of the lighting is controlled via wall dimmer switches that are well labeled. Because of the adjustable lighting, we were able to brighten it while getting ready for the beach, but dim it for a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. Finally, the location to the beach and the boardwalk is perfect. You only need about 5 minutes to reach the boardwalk & the rental seems to be located in a quiet neighborhood. All in all, we give this rental and our hosts top marks without reservation. It is our hope to be able to return again to this rental and enjoy the hospitality.

Great Location, Great Space

Although I was initially disappointed that I had to pack linen because we were in OC for a funeral, the house really suited our needs. Not only was it close to the Boardwalk, but it was also a short drive to our friends' house. We would stay again.

Tudor House Review (my building architecture reference)

Property was very clean and everything worked. It was cozy and had a close proximity to all of the Ocean City, NJ attractions. Property Mgr., Ericka, was helpful and friendly. She even lent us sheets. Only critique: could have used an over-the-stove exhaust fan.

Ocean City Getaway

A great property, close to the beach and boardwalk. You can park your car and forget it your entire trip. Lots of room and a wonderful private outside seating area. Would recommend anytime.

Great location. Clean property.

It was a short 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and you are right in the middle of everything. Nice outdoor patio to hang out on as well. Outdoor shower and hose are nice to rinse off when returning from the beach. The property was a good size for being a ground floor unit. Would definitely stay again.

Just what we needed

Our family was looking for a weekend away at the shore now that the summer crowds are gone. We waited until just days before the trip to make a reservation so we could be sure about the weather, and we got so lucky to find this property. It is a whole floor of the rental property, so we felt nicely separate from other renters. The property was nice, clean, comfortable and roomy. Highly recommended.

Great location, house and host

Spent a long weekend at this house. Proximity to the beach and outdoor restaurants was great. House was very spacious, clean and lighting was great. Nelson was very responsive, accommodative on adjusting the reservation and was quick to remedy an issue that came up. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Great place awesome stay

The house is in such a prime location it's amazing, it's a few minutes walk from the beach, a wawa, a Starbucks and a bunch of other food places. The rooms were nice and the house was clean, Nelson is a sweetheart as well so it was a pleasure staying there.

Best beach house experience

We rented the space for a bithday beach weekend with all adults and could not have been happier. Nelson was super helpful as his staff and helped us with a tire issue before we left. Due to a long check in Nelson really made accommodations and we ended up staying an extra night. It's super close to the beach and super clean and beautiful. I would most definitely stay here again. Thanks Nelson!!

Great Location

The location of the house cannot be beat. 2 easy blocks to the beach and boardwalk, and 2 blocks to the Main Street for restaurants and shops. The boardwalk is 2.5 miles long and so is great for biking and walking. The house is clean , and has 4 bathrooms! The outside patio is covered and a breeze blows through it all day. We loved sitting on the patio it really extends the living area. The owner Nelson was quick to respond to all questions and is very kind.
