Enjoyed our stay. Great location!

My family visited with our 6 month old. We enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated short of a walk it was to everywhere we wanted to go.

Overall Great Stay

The location and overall state of the property is great and accurate with depiction. There is some wear and tear on property, but it was very comfortable and met our needs. Some ant issues that need to be addressed by main floor couch seating area as well as stabilizing main table and fixing bath fan, but otherwise things were very good!

Location/cleanliness of the property are the main draw. The property was exactly as it looks online. Don't plan on doing any cooking, the kitchen is tiny and lacking even the basic necessities. The washer and dryer are located in the shared garage, which made doing laundry uncomfortable as there were guests in the main house with shared access. It is very close quarters to the main house - the entrance is in their backyard. You can see through their windows, and vice versa. This could be a major issue if there was a rowdy group at the main house as there is basically no separation between the two properties. Although 360 Blue was very responsive, there was absolutely no desire to be accommodating. Early on we were told there would be potential for early check in but day of we were not allowed in even 30 minutes early. We also asked if there was potential for late check out and were told it would be 75 for 2 hours or we would need to pay for another night. On both check in/out, they would not even allow us to leave our bags in the empty garage. However, on our last morning, we went for breakfast and when we returned, the cleaners had already entered and started the turnover over an hour and a half before check out. We were not provided enough toilet paper for our 4-night stay and had to fight for them to deliver an additional roll on our last night. The lack of customer service had me wishing we would have stayed at The Pearl our entire trip.

Location saves it.

Rent for the location, but that’s about it. There might as well not be a kitchen since it’s not at all stocked (read: no pans, no cutting board, no knife, nothing). There were a handful of utensils, a few soup bowls, a couple plates and some glassware. That’s it. The glassware is too tall to fit in the apartment-sized dishwasher, which is fine since we got an error message on the dishwasher anyway and couldn’t use it the last couple of days for our weeklong stay. I’d say all of this would have been fine since the 360 folks were actually available and easy to get ahold of, but the most disappointing part of the vacation was that there was new construction feet from the carriage house that wasn’t disclosed in the listing (I checked and double checked), and they start every morning at 7am on the dot. Don’t anticipate sleeping in or relaxing during the day; you won’t be getting a nap in. They just hammer and saw all day long outside your window. The balconies are unusable because of this too. You wouldn’t expect we construction in this area of RB, but alas. The location is good, but you’ve been warned.
