If the house isnt enough, you will be minutes from anything you may want. From a 12 minute drive to the airport, to a 10 minute drive to Suite Shots.

As you enter the home, you will notice style and comfort were the primary goal while completing a full renovation to this South Fargo pool house.

MAIN LIVING SPACE:
- Located just off the kitchen, the upstairs living room was set up for entertaining. The new sectional and chairs will give ample space to gather around the 65" smart TV and gas fire place for a movie night with the family, or the big game with friends.
- If it is a game night you are looking for, look no further! The dedicated game room is set up just off the living room. This space has been equipped with a large game table that can be reversed for a poker night with friends. Bring your own games, or enjoy any of the games that are provided.

KITCHEN:
- This gourmet kitchen was created with the home chef and holiday get togethers in mind. Everything you should need to create your big meal is provided. From all new state of the art appliances, to all of the pots, pans and dishes you should need to host your get together, you will be set.
- Hosting a large group? Not a problem! There is plenty of space for everyone. The massive black quartz counter top is going to be the perfect place to sit for morning breakfast, and the large dining table sits eight for your family dinner.
- We didnt forget about you coffee lovers. In the corner, you will find the fully stocked coffee bar. There are a variety of k-cup options, as well as tea and hot chocolate.

BEDS & BATHS:
Style and luxury were not forgotten about when you travel to the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- The master suite was created to be a retreat all in its own. Staged with a plush king bed, a wall mounted flat screen tv, and fully renovated master en-suite, you will not want to leave your room.
- The additional 3 bedrooms on the main level are staged with a unique twist. Each has been set up to symbolize different areas of the world. A queen bed can be found in each room.
- Finally, the kids room has plenty of space for the kids to hang out. The dual bunk beds will give ample space for sleeping.
- There is an additional bedroom on the main level, and one on the lower level. The lower level bathroom is equipped with a walk in sauna.

YOUR OWN PRIVATE OASIS:
Whether you are hear to swim some laps in the pool, relax in the hot tub, or refresh your self in the basement sauna. You will not be dissappointed. The back yard will be the hot spot for your stay at this south Fargo pool house.

During your stay, you will have full access to the entire house. The 2 stall garage and the driveway parking will also be yours to use.

We will keep one closet in the bunk room locked off for supplies.
