During your stay, you will have full access to the entire home including the 3 stall garage. There are 2 spaces in the basement that will remain locked to store our supplies, and maintenance equipment.
Due to the home being in an upscale and desirable neighborhood, our rules are strictly enforced.

- No prior unauthorized parties, events, or illegal activities allowed. Unauthorized parties will result in immediate termination of the reservation, and a minimum of $500 fee.
- Absolutely no smoking allowed on the property. A fee of $500 will be charged if there is visual evidence
or scent detected.
- Absolutely no unauthorized pets allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in a fee of
$500.
- For legal reasons, absolutely no one other than the registered guests are allowed on the property after
midnight. Extra guests will be fined $125/guest/night.
- Respect the neighbors. Please refrain from having an unreasonably loud manner during neighborhood
quiet hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Never bother others in the neighborhood.
