Disfrute de "Puamana Old Hawaii" con familiares y amigos en esta casa de vacaciones actualizada frente al mar en el borde del océano de West Maui. Esta casa frente al mar es el lugar perfecto para crear recuerdos inolvidables en un ambiente cálido, soleado y tropical. La Unidad 9-1 está ubicada en Puamana, una comunidad cerrada de 30 acres frente al mar de casas adosadas de baja calidad y alta calidad ubicadas a lo largo de la soleada costa sur de la histórica ciudad de Lahaina. En Puamana, puede relajarse lejos de las multitudes de los grandes complejos turísticos y aún tener el lujo de estar a un paseo o en bicicleta de las tiendas, restaurantes y vida nocturna de Lahainatown. A wonderful place for our family vacation. It was everything we hoped for. The beach was footsteps away, never crowded (we were often the only ones there). There was eight of us and we never felt crowded in or out of the house. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We contacted them about the gas for the grill which was taken care of promptly, one tv was not working, they tried very hard to resolve before we left but were unable to. I refuse to take away a star for that. This property far exceeded our expectations it just flat out deserves all the stars possible. AC was great, kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of towels (even for the beach) That’s a big deal for 8 people. We all would stay again in a heartbeat. Mahalo to the hosts.

Wonderful location & layout

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 9-1 Puamelia. The house’s proximity to the ocean was even closer than the pictures indicated. We loved hearing the crashing waves at night and seeing the gorgeous deep blue ocean from the house and patio during the day. The kitchen was very well equipped and we appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were provided. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size and had plenty of storage space for our clothes, etc. The location was excellent. We did not have a chance to use the pool, but it is very close to the unit. We absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Wonderful property for a family vacation.

We were extremely pleased to find that the access to the beach was just across the lawn. The entire family was out enjoying the ocean on paddle boards and body boards every day. We walked the beach and saw whales and turtles from this location. We loved eating out on the patio every morning and evening. The size of the unit was right sized for our family of 8. We all agreed that this property was perfect for us.

We all thoroughly enjoyed staying in the property. It was clean, spacious, well-appointed with high quality dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, cookware, etc. Every room was tastefully decorated. The stoneware in the showers were beautiful. We completely enjoyed the condo and hope to return there in the near future.

VERY Disappointed !!

After staying in two other excellent 5 star VRBOs (at similar pricing) on this trip we were very disappointed in the overall condition and cleanliness of this unit. Pictures on VRBO are very old and heavily filtered, almost to the point of attempting to deceive. The property has been used and abused for many years and it shows. They turn off the air conditioning when not rented so it smells like mildew for the first two days. Everything was dirty from the kitchen backsplash to the showers, sinks, and microwave. The cabinet handles were filthy and rusting, and the floors and baseboards were so dusty it was stuck on. It appeared that the host / owner did the very minimum upkeep on the property. I would not recommend this unit to anyone that appreciates a clean living space. Other than the location to the ocean and shops on Front street there is nothing that this unit has to offer. very old and dated.

Perfect Lahaina location

The rental unit was exactly as advertised, and provided the perfect location for our family vacation on Maui. The location was in a quite, family oriented area, yet within walking distance to the huddle and bustle of Front Street in Lahaina. The unit itself was modern, clean, and provided all the necessities and accessories need to make our stay comfortable and extremely enjoyable. We unanimously agreed, we’d all come back for our next stay if the opportunity to rent this unit again was available. Thank you very much for your hospitality, it added immensely to our overall experience, and we are truly grateful for everything.

A perfect stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with my parents, in-laws, and two young children. It was perfect. The unit is easily big enough to comfortably handle a large family. We loved having our meals on the large lanai overlooking the ocean. The property is beautiful with swimming pools for kids and parents. The immediate property of the unit has brought us back already as it faces out onto a large lawn then directly out to a sand beach and the ocean with perfect surfing waves. It is walking distance to Lahaina for meals, drinks or shave ice and an easy drive to anywhere else in the island. We have every intention of returning.

Great view, great amenities, great location

We stayed at this home with our 2 kids under 5 and our friends with their 2 kids under 5. It was a fun, safe, clean and comfortable home with plenty of on property amenities. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and was super close to the main attractions downtown. We had a small issue with the AC but the property management team was super responsive and took care of it immediately.
