Our 3-Bedroom Home with Gym/Office boasts a Saltwater Pool, Patio with ample Seating, BBQ Grill, and surroundings of Tropical Mature Fruit Trees. Centrally located, you're equally close to the upscale Seven Mile Beach area and tranquil Eastern Districts. Shopping, restaurants, and more nearby. Enjoy a 5-Minute Drive to the stunning Spotts Beach, perfect for serene swims and unforgettable scuba diving encounters with turtles!
Outside, a mesmerizing saltwater pool awaits, surrounded by sun loungers, and a patio with cozy seating. The expansive gardens boast mature fruit trees like mangoes, ackees, and papayas, attracting vibrant wildlife including parrots, chickens with their baby chicks, and the Cayman agouti (rabbit).
Indoors, the generously equipped kitchen features essential appliances, dual sinks, and a separate ice maker. A smaller kitchen table offers a casual dining spot, while a desk and chair serve as a functional workspace. For laundry needs, there's a washing machine, dryer, and the option for line drying outdoors.
The dining area showcases a long table with wooden chairs, ideal for group or family meals. The spacious living room provides entertainment with a TV offering local and international channels, or you can log into your Netflix account. A visit to the historic Pedro St James, a mere few minutes away, promises a journey into history, coupled with breathtaking ocean views from the bluffs, captivating sunrises and sunsets, and delightful dining experiences at Thatch & Barrel restaurant—an essential item on your to-do list!
