Snorkel justo afuera de su casa en el lado norte más tranquila de Gran Caimán - donde podrá disfrutar de la brisa fresca del mar (el a / c es a menudo una opción, no una necesidad!) y las impresionantes vistas panorámicas del océano. AMAZING!!

The whole experience was absolutely amazing! After having to cancel our trip in 2020 due to the pandemic, we were finally able to make the trip. Frank is awesome and very communicative throughout the entire process. He made it very easy for me and my family. The house and location are unmatched. The reef right out the back door was amazing for snorkeling. A. We highly recommend this listing to all! Thank you Frank!

Love the Northside

The Villa was great. Close to Chisolm's Grocery and Over the Edge Grill. So secluded and peaceful compared to 7 mile. We loved it!

Perfect escape

The entire trip was quiet and peaceful since it’s a little secluded. It was easy to get into contact with Frank for any needs. Everything you could need was provided and it was very clean. The snorkeling out back was better than some of the excursions we went on.

Relaxing and peaceful

This property was as advertised. It was quiet and relaxing. The villa was clean and has direct access to the ocean. It was a convenient distance to Rum Point and many great restaurants. The owners were great communicators and answered all questions we had. We would book this property again. We had a wonderful time!

Amazing Villa with Breathtaking Views

Great stay

Frank was fantastic to work with. Beautiful, clean property. We loved that it was on the quiet side of the island and having our own little beach area was amazing. Having beach items provided was very convenient and we were able to snorkel right there. Would love to stay here again!

One of the very best properties on the north side

This is a beautiful property with a really nice beach access to good snorkeling. It is well maintained and really I don’t think we could have done a lot better. The owners are very friendly and helpful if we come back to Grand Cayman, we’ll stay there again. 100% Happy

We had a wounderful time staying at Azure Breeze Villas. Frank was so helpful on giving us information about cayman island. It is such a gorgeous place. They place was clean and lots of snokal gear there for us.. we injoyed snirking just in front of the house. I would rate it 5 stars and would definitely come back. The White family

Fantastic

Our family had a fantastic week in this NorthSide property. Plenty of space for us and our 2 teenage kids. Exactly as advertised, the living room opens to a gorgeous sandy beach. Really nice snorkeling just beyond the seagrass. I'd like to go back for coffee on the beach! Frank was easy to work with and we did not have any logistical problems while we were there. This is the quiet side of the island. Perfect for us. We went into Georgetown/West Bay one day, but spent the rest of the time at the condo, Kaibo, and the East End. Felt very safe driving around and staying at Azure Breeze.

Stunning property

This property was as advertised and then some. Very clean, great location and the personal oceanfront beach was absolutely stunning. If you are looking for something out of the tourist area, I highly recommend this property. Frank was a very informative and gracious host. All of the information supplied prior to my stay made a huge positive impact on my time there. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful beach escape!

Just gorgeous!

Absolutely beautiful property! On the Northside it is nice and quiet and having the beach to yourself is wonderful. The villa is equipped with everything you may need except food, LOL. The snorkeling directly in front of the Villa is wonderful - we snorkeled every day we were able to. We did several activities this week including renting a Catamaran, going to the Turtle center, Botanical Gardens and other things. The Over the Edge restaurant just down the road has wonderful food and having a small grocery store close by was so convenient. When we traveled to Rum Point we noticed how the villa's got closer and closer to each other. During our stay we only saw people staying in the other 5 Villa's. There is no way to explain how beautiful the area was - we would have loved a second week to keep enjoying the beautiful snorkeling. Only negative is the mosquitos - they were plentiful but nothing bug spray didn't fix.

Beautiful Villa; Great Host

This villa is amazing! The view is incredible. The villa is very well stocked with everything we needed. Frank was very attentive and responsive and provided a lot of information to make our stay more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting to visit Grand Cayman.

Family Vacation

The property was as advertised. Everything worked and we had no issues. The location is peaceful and calming. I really enjoyed drinking my morning coffee and walking direclty out on the beach. We had a great vacation.

Overall great vacation

Frank was so responsive and helpful, we really appreciated that. The unit itself is very clean and as listed. It’s the quiet end of the island which we very much appreciated. Listening to the waves right out the door is fantastic. The only negative I can say is the current on that side brings in seaweed which can be unsightly, and trash that washes up on the beach. Even with that one negative I would stay here again for sure. Owners, location and serenity are all great. Great vacation, we will return to this spot!

Wonderful & Peaceful Villa

This was our first visit to Grand Cayman, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We are so happy we stayed on the North Side - so peaceful and away from all the traffic & roundabouts. My husband and I miss waking up every morning enjoying our coffee on the patio soaking in the views of the ocean. Talk about taking all stress down to 0%. Literally, just off the patio is a nice sandy area with comfortable lounge chairs then the ocean. The snorkeling was great too - in fact the morning before we left, I snorkeled 2 more times. We also enjoyed walks along the beach looking for cool coral and shells. The villa had everything we needed - lots of beach towels, well equipped kitchen, laundry, snorkeling gear, and we grilled one night and had a wonderful dinner on the patio enjoying the sounds of the water - no need to dine out with a view like that! The owners were very helpful - especially since we arrived late on a Saturday night - they told us where to eat and get groceries before driving to the villa since grocery stores aren’t open on Sunday. Communications with the owners were top notch - quick to return emails/calls. Before our trip started, they sent us information on restaurants, things to do in Grand Cayman, and other helpful information that help us plan a great family vacation. We hope to return to Grand Cayman soon and would stay at this beautiful & comfortable villa again.

Great stay

We had such a relaxing stay at North Side. For most of our stay we felt like we had the private beach all to ourselves. Morning coffee outside, snorkeling in the ocean right in front of the house, watching sunsets was all amazing. We took at boat trip to see stingrays, what a fun experience! We also stopped to see star fish at RumPoint. The house was well equipped, we had everything we needed for very relaxing stay!
