BIENVENIDOS A COMODIDAD DEL SUR !!!!


SERVICIO DIARIO DE PLAYA GRATUITO 1 DE MARZO - 30 DE NOVIEMBRE (2 sillas y 1 sombrilla).

Southern Comfort es una casa de vacaciones de lujo de 5 HAB / 4BA que tiene capacidad para 14 personas, a solo 50 pasos del acceso a la playa y a un corto paseo de la piscina comunitaria cerrada. La cocina es hermosa y funcional con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, hermosos gabinetes, encimeras de granito y una gran despensa con pisos de madera noble en toda la casa.

También ubicado en el primer piso, encontrará una sala de lavandería de tamaño completo con una lavadora y secadora de capacidad extra grande, así como un dormitorio principal con su propio baño privado.

Los niveles superiores ofrecen habitaciones amplias que incluyen una impresionante suite principal en el segundo piso. Disfrute de un momento de tranquilidad en la sala de estar o relájese en la gran bañera del baño principal.

Junto a la suite principal hay un dormitorio con cama grande, vestidor y un amplio baño con tocadores dobles.

El tercer piso tiene capacidad para cuatro personas cómodamente, con una cama tamaño king en un dormitorio y una cama tamaño queen en el otro. Estas habitaciones comparten un baño.

Great location and responsive, friendly staff

We absolutely loved our stay!! A group of 13 friends and family spent spring break here. There was plenty of space, the location was right in the middle of everything with beach access just across the road, management was friendly and prompt in responding to answer questions we had. The house provided all the essentials we needed to have a home away from home. We would definitely come here again!

Great house, great location!

Best place I’ve rented on Miramar Beach. Great location, half way between Popano Joes and Whales Tale, next to Bad Ass Coffee…. Private beach access directly across the street, great Front porch on both first and second levels, big bedrooms and nice and updated bathrooms and kitchen… the pool is small but our 7 and 2 year old granddaughters loved it and was a nice warm sitting pool for the adults… nice community pool as well. This was perfect for our 10 person visit!

The location was amazing and we enjoyed the house, especially sitting on the porch watching people. The app was so helpful. We had 2 really small issues when we arrived Saturday night. We placed a ticket in the app and surprised when they called Sunday setting up a time to fix it. We expected it would be Monday. The repair person came on a Sunday and was professional, quick and super friendly. They were quick to respond to any questions via text. They checked on us throughout the stay. This is the service you want when renting a house. When we go back we are definitely looking for a rental from this company.

A Real Pleasure

The location is ideal as the gated beach access is right across the street making it easy to transport all the beach gear. The parking on a side street off the main road is a real plus. The pool at the back entrance is small, but great for adults to sit and watch the little ones. The 2 front porches were amazing to sit and relax with a cold drink. 100% would consider this for a large group as the 4 bedrooms, plus the loft area for the older kids to sleep gave everyone their own area. No uncomfortable sleep sofas!

A great House in A Great Location!

The home was very clean, freshly painted and in a great location. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were handled quickly (the rental agency is just across the street). The home is directly across the street from the beach entrance and is as close to beach front as possible without actually being in a beachfront home. The only negative is the noise. The home is located on a very busy street corner and it was spring break. We knew this when we made the reservation. A small trade off for the location and convenience.

Not what was advertised in pictures for rental. Horrible customer service and treated poorly

As not what was advertised in pictures. Was told by the office I should have google mapped the address in the contract instead of going by pictures. Was suppose to be beach front with a bigger pool was not. Bathroom was not handicap accessible. House had sand all over I Clyde g on some of the beds. 3rd floor was hot and sometimes reached over 80*. Owner stated he would give me a refund but we would then have to find a place to stay there was 11 of us from Illinois. This was our kids/grandkids Christmas Thankfully they made the best of it. I was furious.
