Wells, ME -Welcome to Seaing Stars! This home is located a 3-minute walk from beautiful, private Moody Beach Public Access Way #3 to toes in the sand! Seaing Stars is also a 11-minute drive to Ogunquit Beach which was just listed #9 in the top 25 Beaches in the United States!!

There is parking for four cars, plenty of room for the whole family!

Upon entering this fabulous home, you are welcomed to spacious living room, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun and for family time. To the right of the entry, you will find the fully stocked kitchen with all things needed for a traditional Lobster Bake to all your vacation cooking needs.

On the first floor, there are two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Walk outside to the back yard to enjoy the gorgeous views of the marsh and water from the back deck! Outside, the shed that holds the Washer & Dryer so the sandy beach towels don't have to be tracked throughout the home!

Back inside, on the second floor, guests will find a Queen bed room to the left - a full bathroom in the hall and a 4 twin bed bunk room to the right. Perfect for large families or 2 families. (King conversion kit available upon request).

Spending time in this home is all about the beach vibes. Sun, Sand and Sea.

Great week

Great location and house comes as advertised. So much to do in this area even when weather doesn’t cooperate. Looking forward to renting again. Communication is top notch as well in case any concerns or questions arise.

Another Great Year

Property comes as advertised and is in a great location. The house was lifted so additional stairs to get in the house if traveling with elderly Overall Salt and Shine are great to work with and we had no issues during our stay. The only concern moving forward is the public access way to Moody Beach is getting smaller and is an issue during high tide.

Great location and property

The house was very accurate with the pictures, was very clean when we arrived. Was nicely decorated and furniture and beds were comfortable. There was actually two places to take outdoor showers and hot water lasted with everyone rinsing off after the beach. The walk to the beach was a quick couple minutes and the house was on a nice quiet street. The communication with the management company was phenomenal. Quick responses to any questions or concerns we had. When the wifi went out they contacted to company immediately and they sent someone from the management company to be at the house so we didn’t have wait around and could go to the beach. 100% would recommend this property.

Incredible Experience at “Seaing Stars”

My family and I could not have been happier with our recent stay at “Seaing Stars”. My parents started vacationing with family and friends at Moody Beach over 40 years ago so it holds a very special place in my heart. My husband and I wanted to continue the tradition with our young children (5&4) and this home was just perfect. The house had everything we needed, was extremely clean and most importantly was just a short walk to the beach. The rental process with Tina and Salt and Shine Rentals was seamless. They were very communicative, checked in with us to ensure that our stay was going well and answered any questions promptly. Upon leaving I ensured Tina that we would certainly be renting this home again next year, hopefully for a longer period of time. Thank you so much and see you next summer! KL

Perfect For Large Families & Friends

Property was super clean and tidy. Great backyard with firepit to relax. Steps away from the beach, SUPER convenient. Host was very attentive and even checked in on a rainy day with a list of to-do's. Highly recommend.

Great Place!!

Stayed at this home for a girls weekend with family and friends. Very clean, great location, had everything you need to cook in and relax. Daniel the property manager was available at all times for any question via text. Easy to check in and out!! Will be back for sure. Thank you for a great getaway!!

Perfect beach location

Great place to stay especially if you can’t afford to stay right on the water! Easy walk to an access road to get right to Moody Beach. Place was perfect comfortable clean and communication was impeccable!

Family Beach Vacation

This vacation home was perfect for our family. The home was decorated in a beautiful beach theme. My two younger granddaughters loved spotting all the sea stars in the rooms! My older granddaughters loved the treasure hunts while walking the beach. The beach water was cold but we all enjoyed boogie boarding on the waves. My grandson caught his first striper in the colorful blue-green ocean.! We loved to come home to the warm outdoor shower, and deck where we ate and played cards until late into the evening. Together as a family we told stories, laughed. and enjoyed our time! This home was in the perfect location near all the action. but in a lovely quiet neighborhood! VRBO and the Salt & Shine Company were incredible. Thank you Hannah and Danielle for making our vacation PERFECT!
