This Superb 55 year and older Top Floor Condominium has exquisite views of Crystal Lake and Florida’s Intracoastal with Oval Shaped Pool in the foreground! This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo with cat walk entry, sun deck and docks is a really great value and competitively priced!


Book one of the nicest condos in the complex for your 3, 4 or 6 month stay in Florida today! All inclusive, Electric, Cable and Internet included with FREE PARKING and No HOA's fees so pricing is FIRM!

Updated Furniture in October of 2022 with New Beds, Mattresses, Bedding, Living room furniture and Area Rug, Dinning room, Bathroom Faucets and Toilets.

New Central Air Conditioning unit and Hot Water Heater installed in 2019 thanks to my brother Paul!

We are looking for long-term rentals 90 to 120 nights. Enjoy top floor views overlooking the pool to Crystal Lake and the Intracoastal water ways of Florida, USA!

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with Gulfstream Park, a very highly sought-after entertainment destination, only 1.6 miles away from this condo. Gulfstream features thoroughbred racing, two casinos with shopping and dining off Hallandale Beach Boulevard. Just walking distance away is Publix, Winn Dixie, Starbucks, Office Max and some great luncheon spots. A short drive away to Hollywood are many great art districts & eating establishments with Miami or Fort Lauderdale about a half hour away in either direction!

This lovely and friendly 55+ year or older community condo is now owned by my myself and my brother, Paul. Renting this Condo is family operated starting in 2016.

We'd love to have you stay for a 3 or 4 month stay. Stay for even 6 months and 4 days (184 Days) and you will avoid paying the Florida Logging Stay TAX fees! We strive to delight our guests and request positive and favorable reviews. A tremendous value.....really!

Sorry but there are no pets allowed by the Paradise Harbour Condo Association.

Hallandale beach

We enjoyed the location and the area greatly. The view from the apartment is very pleasing both during the day and at night. It is walking distance to a number of services and restaurants and the beach. Greatly recommend the area.

Relaxing & Quiet

The condo was just like the pictures. Nice view of the lake. Plenty of dishes and good cook ware. Dish washer was a pleasant surprise. Large fridge and enough ice cube trays. Large screen TV. Nicely redone floors, gives the place a beach feel. I enjoyed my time there.

No snow here!!!

Just beautiful weather and lovely place. My husband and I just returned from spending a wonderful winter in Eric's condo in Hallendale Beach. We found the apartment to have everything and more we needed to feel at home. The view is lovely. Everything we could possibly want or need was to be found near by. Truly enjoyed the great selection of concerts, movies, plays in addition to wonderful art fairs. Beach was nearby and we went every day usually followed by a dip in the nice warm pool at the condo. Saw dolphins 3 times in the lake. Went and did tours all over the area including overnight in Naples. Any problem (which there was none of any great importance) were quickly addressed by a call to Eric and taken care of right away. This was a wonderful way to escape our snowy Pennsylvania winter Thanks again Eric!!! Myra and Jay

Beautiful Condo Amazing View

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was just perfect for my family and me. Place was really clean, had everything we needed. Very peaceful quiet place with an amazing view . Located in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance to shopping the beach and Gulfstream Park. The owners were really nice to deal with, answered all my question quickly , and made my stay perfect. Hope to rent this condo again sometime soon .

Ideal location, great view, pleasant neighbors

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was fully equipped and had all the conveniences one would expect. Everything from big-screen TV to coffeemaker provided. The view from the balcony was outstanding. We ate breakfast from the balcony every morning and had cocktails there in the afternoon. The heated pool was well-maintained and the deck area was clean. Although we didn't use it, there is a Weber grill in the deck area for use by tenants and guests. There is also a shuffleboard court. The location is ideal, close to everything. If you can walk one mile, you won't even need a car. Restaurants, grocery stores, the beach, casino, Starbucks, all within walking distance. We ventured out by taking public transportation. Made it to South Beach, downtown Miami and Hollywood Beach boardwalk. The Hollywood Beach boardwalk was really cool and there is a trolley (only $1 each way) that picks you up at Hallendale Beach and delivers you to the Margaritaville resort, right where all the action is. Our favorite place to eat was Padrino's Cuban Restaurant on Hallendale Beach Boulevard. I highly recommend mouthwatering "masas de puerco" accompanied by perfectly cooked sweet plantains. The neighborhood is just off busy Hallendale Boulevard on a relatively quiet street with friendly locals. On-street parking allowed. Thanks for a sunny, stress-free and relaxing vacation!

The web pictures were spot on!

From the moment we arrived and saw the beautiful water views, to relaxing by the pool watching the boats go by, we were impressed. A lovely location with many fun daytrips. We went to The Hollywood Beach boardwalk during the day and Gulfstream's for dinnner . The condo is very comfortable and sufficient with all the comforts of home. Surprised there was also a large screen TV for when we felt the need to connect with the real world. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Very impressive, its Paradise

My wife and I stayed in this unit for 14 weeks and absolutely loved it. Would have been there again this year although the owners may have been back. We wanted to be there with the owners at the same time so we rented across the outdoor walkway. These are such nice people and we really love seeing them again. Every condo has an assigned parking spot which is a great plus in this area of Florida. All the people in the building are so nice, they have many meet and greets in the party room or around the pool. The condo is very decorated and has carpeting in most areas, central air, kitchen has more than enough cookware and dishes to throw a large get together if desired. Walking distance to many different eating establishments with many nationalities of cuisine, and two grocery stores within blocks. Local bus line stops at the sidewalk hourly at the curb if you need the service. This is a very nice place to spend many months away from the cold. Hope you enjoy as much as we have. THANK YOU
