Beautiful resort and apartment

Fantastic apartment the best I've rented for my holiday stay (and I have stayed in many). Very nice pool area a couple of minutes walk from the apartment perfect. Had a bit of a problem getting into the resort security is very strict and we were not given the bar code needed, we got it eventually and things went well. You are basically staying in the jungle, lots of wildlife everywhere fantastic

Misinformation

The condo itself was as described. The place was spotless and the grounds were very nice. In the description of the amenities it says we would of use of the infinity pool at the wellness centre and that is not true. We also were very much longing forward to using the pools at the Bahia Principe and that was also not true. In the booklet provided it said to go to the club house to get bracelets so we did and we were told they have stopped doing this two years ago. Meet many fellow residents at the property and we were told some were also given this information and some said yes they stopped all of this two years ago. The main reason we booked here was to have the option of the quietness of the condo but mainly to walk the beach and use the pools at the Bahia. They need to change their description very misleading. We will not be back to this place.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Vitalie's place! The property grounds were gorgeous and the apartment itself was tidy and tastefully decorated. We felt like the infinity pool closest to the apartment was the best one in the whole resort -- it never felt too crowded. We knew we were going to be on the go during our trip to Xel Ha, Tulum and Chichen Itza, and Akumal was a great location to navigate to each of these.

Wonderful condo in Tao residences!

We loved Vitalie's condo. It is spacious, nicely decorated and clean! We really appreciated the cleanliness and care provided. The corner unit has a good layout and has a large outdoor patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee and listening to the birds singing. At night the area is quiet and secured which makes for a very comfortable sleep. It is nice to have all of the amenities of the resort close by but if you want to travel into town or about a taxi or car is necessary. Overall, a wonderful and much appreciated stay. Thanks Vitalie!

The condo was amazing, much better suited for us than a resort room and less expensive.

Very clean, having a kitchen was a huge plus as we didn't purchase the resort meals. It took us a day to figure out how to get around until we rented a car. Very safe quiet location with good amenities and use of the Bahia Principe resort amenities including trolleys. Very responsive management that answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. I would go back.

Beautiful, clean, safe!

The apartment is perfect for families and couples. Our family of four enjoyed the large bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is perfect...close to Akumal turtle Beach and Tulum. The grounds are beautiful! The entire complex is well maintained and very safe. We enjoyed the accommodations provided through the Bahia Principe Resort without dealing with the all inclusive feel. This is a great place to stay if visiting the Riviera Maya!

Great condo, quiet location

Clean secure condo. Liked the quiet location and access to resorts. Lots of beach options, check out the new beach club by the Oceans. Short walk to Akumal Bay from there and good food. Condo was well equipped good kitchen and grill by the pool. Best to have a car and bug spray. Check-in smooth and easy even though we came in late. Very secure, pool, gym and wellness center nearby. Will stay here again.

Top Notch Maya Condo Vacation

Thank you Vitalie for an absolutely wonderful property rental and vacation experience. We highly recommend this condo to anyone considering an idyllic Riviera Maya vacation. Vitalie, it was great to deal with. As we were venturing out of going to all-inclusives and doing things a little different this past winter, it was a pleasure to rent from someone who got back to so quickly and answered a few questions we had. The transaction went very smoothly and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The property is exactly as described. Tao Inspired Living is a stunningly gorgeous planned community adjacent to the Sian Ka’an Adults Only resort, which is part of the Bahia Principe Resorts. It is nestled in the jungle a nice distance from the main resort area and beside the golf course. We found the grounds to be pristinely cared for, clean and lushly landscaped. It is very pleasantly quiet at the condos property. The condo itself is exactly as pictured and described. Spaciously layed out, open concept. bright and all newly designed and furnished. It is really a much better alternative to resort rooms. The larger of the two bedrooms has a walk out to the balcony and the second bedrom has a window overlooking the interior hallway atrium. We were a group of 5 – husband and myself as well as our two adult (in their twenties) daughters and one daughter’s boyfriend. We found this a perfect place to stay, while also having the option of using the resort facilities and restaurants. There is a beautiful and calm infinity pool, which overlooks the golf course. a two minute stroll from the condo. And the property management office is right across the parking lot from the condo. I have to say the property manager, Tania who met us at the security gate upon our arrival and who we dealt with was awesome - lovely, professional and helpful lady who was a pleasure to deal with. The large balcony faces west. So, if you are at the condo during sunset, which is fairly early during the winter months, you get a magnificent view – slightly over the trees, but stunning. When we were there, I would say the vast majority of residents are mature-aged couples (from 40 to 60 yr old) with some younger couples. I noticed a few younger families with children, but they were not many and quiet. I could go on and on, but most things have been written about already. We had a memorable family vacation here and all of us would highly recommend this condo.

Amazing and Relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and peaceful TAO condo. Very peaceful and wonderful vacation condo

Excellent vacation, great property

We enjoyed an excellent vacation to Riviera Maya and the quality of this condo was a major factor. Everything was as promised, it was clean and comfortable, with more room than we needed for just two of us. Although it was very economical to rent, we may return in the future with more family or friends as it could well accommodate them. The owner and onsite property manager were both extremely helpful and easy to work with. The entire complex grounds are clean and secure. The condo is located just next door to the TAO center, where a fitness center, morning yoga class, and Wifi service were all available free of charge. There is also a beautiful large pool in the condo complex which we had pretty much to ourselves when we used it. Of course we spent a good part of each day at the beach, so it was hard to find time to use the pool, but we managed several times. This was our 8th trip to Mexico, and 3rd time staying at the Bahia Principe SK resort. The other two times we went the all inclusive route, staying in the studio style condos around the lobby and restaurants. We had grown weary of the buffet dining, and we are not big drinkers, so the option of renting this condo not only gave us a much nicer, larger unit, it also saved us a lot of money, We enjoyed all the amenities of the resort except unlimited food and drink, and were able to eat at local restaurants and buy groceries at a fraction of the cost. Beautiful, AMAZING!

What a beautiful setting! This condo is in excellent shape! Lovely decor and as I am a clean freak it met my standards wonderfully! My boyfriend booked this and took me here to propose! The owner was so accommodating, he took time to answer all emails helping us with our travel there. We rented a car easily and where able to see all the sights while enjoying our lovely accommodations. Having traveled quite a bit I can say without a doubt one of our best stays! You will not be sorry booking this condo! A few seconds please to elaborate on how kind everyone was! From the owner for his very helpful advice, to the guards that answered all our silly questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying in this specific unit again! Make sure to take your coffee or tea early in the morning on the balcony, many lovely butterfly's would come and sit with us! The grounds are emasculate as well as picturesque! We are happily engaged and due to be married in March! Thank you for a memorable beautiful experience! Sincerely, Chad and Tania

TAO is breathtaking !

I'm not used to renting, as my husband and I prefer all inclusive vacations. This time however we decided to go with our close friends so we needed a bigger space. Besides, the price we've got was no match to Bahia's, which is in the same resort. And boy, was it the right thing to do! We paid little for the 4 of us, for the level of comfort that was stunning! This unit is brand new (as is the whole TAO building), which was a huge plus. It's equipped with so much attention to detail that my husband was joking about relocating :). Everything is available in the kitchen, and I mean everything, including little hand- crafted mittens. The style is contemporary and clean. The furniture is stunning and made of some rare Mexican wood, granite, and glass. Bedrooms are nice and large, mattresses firm. It was very wet outside but the unit had the dehumidifier running, which was a huge plus. The jungle that surrounds the building is pristine, TAO wellness center is amazing and has yoga classes and swimming. We eat at SIAN KAAN and Bahia several times and their food was beyond any compliments. We also played a round of golf and it was fun! There a natural pond (cenote) right in the middle of the course. If you prefer to say active, there are millions of organized activities at the beaches and around pools at the Bahia resorts. I liked Bahia Akumal beaches most. And don't forget to visit some evening shows! The owner had tried very hard to provide all answers by email, so when he asked us to write a review we politely agreed. This property is large enough to accommodate 5 comfortably, so it was more than adequate for 4 of us. I gave it all five stars because it deserves it. Thumbs up!
