This spacious 2 level home has 5 bedrooms (1 additional optional bed/bath), 4 bathrooms and sleeps up to 11 guests. Every detail of this home was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Breathtaking views and the world renowned Kailua Beach just steps away make this home the perfect place to unwind in tropical paradise. The beachfront location of this home provides direct access to Kailua Beach, while it's gated and enclosed grounds afford privacy and seclusion.
The large chef's kitchen fully equipped with top of the line appliances and great room provide the perfect space for family and friend gatherings. The large sliding glass doors allow people to flow seamlessly to the lanai, pool, and expansive gardens. A variety of lounge chairs and tables provide numerous poolside areas to soak up the sun or enjoy the colorful Hawaiian sunsets.
There are two oceanside Primary Suites, beautifully designed spacious baths, and comfortable guest rooms offer ample space for privacy. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning for optimal temperature comfort.
