Room to bring the whole group to this great place with lots of room for fun. Main house offers 2 separate bedrooms open kitchen, dinning, and living room over looking the deck and back yard. The separate private sleeping quarters offers a retreat with great work space and sleeping for 3. Outside the relaxing, spacious deck and fire pit area make your stay comfortable. All of this close to Hoosier National Forest and minutes from Little Patoka boat ramp. Short drive to French Lick, Paoli and Jasper.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza

Cute & clean inside of cabin. But overall, a little expensive for the experience. The cabin is not on Patoka Lake. But it was about 30 minutes away from there. Grass wasn’t cut around property and was high. Poison Ivy right at the front door. Was unaware of cameras on the property. Wood bees and ticks EVERYWHERE!

Frenchlick getaway

We enjoyed this cute VRBO. There’s was sprinkles of hospitality spread throughout. Our two teenagers loved having their own clubhouse spaces. Great space and location to get to all the things we planned for our getaway.

Christmas Nightmare

When we arrived to the property, it looked as though nobody had checked on the property in a very long time. There were missed package notices dated several weeks prior to our stay. When we went inside the property, the living area smelled of sewage and the smell remained for the entirety of our stay, which is extremely unappetizing when we planned on spending our Christmas there. When we checked the rooms the beds were dirty containing leaves and dead bugs. There were also dead flies on the floor. We woke up several times to bugs crawling on us, so we did not get much sleep. It was obvious that the property was not cleaned prior to our stay. The wifi was not working while we were there. We contacted someone several times regarding this and were not assisted. This was an issue because most of us did not have phone service and I needed it to check on work. Lastly, there were some misleading details on the listing. We chose this property because it was advertised as being close to French Lick, however it was almost a 40 minute drive away and there is not much else to do in the area. It also states 1 + bathroom, which we assumed meant there may have been a half bath. There was only one bathroom and the sink was flooded. After contacting the property manager with our concerns, she said she would give us a refund but never did and she is now ignoring us. It was a horrible experience that completely ruined our holiday plans.
