Spacious deck overlooking the front yard with swing area, hot tub, and grilling space. Apx 1 mike to Patoka Lake main entrance, winery and multiple restaurants.

Entire house and property.

Will be available via app and phone.

Community located close to Patoka Lake.
* Community quite hours 10pm-8am.
*Please keep noise in general within reason.
* If fire pit is used fire must be sprayed with water before leaving. Water hose is located to the right of the cabin.
*Do not burn trash.
*No R/V or camper parking allowed.
*Park on gravel areas only
* If parking more than 3 vehicles is expected please notify host prior to check in. Please do not park at edge of road, do not block road.
*For the consideration of others and safety once on gravel road please keep speed to less than 10 miles per hour.
*Limit of 2 pets per visit, with $100 pet fee. If pet fee is not paid and completed prior to check in fee will increase to $150.
*All dogs must be on a leash when outside
*Strictly no events or parties are allowed!
*Please do not place grills on porch or deck.
*Lost or not returning the Park Pass will result in a $60 charge for replacement.
Please note:
Staying after 11 am without prior approval is subject to additional fees.
Unauthorized late check out $100 for each hour past 11am.
After 1pm the guest will be charged that days base rate without discounts and that does NOT award possession of the property for that day. If the date to extend the stay is available, the guest must formally extend their stay through AIRBNB app. However, we reserve the right to decline the extension.
Guests will be responsible for any and all refunds given to incoming guests due to unauthorized late check out and will be charged for repayment of those costs.
*Please no projectile fireworks, no discharge of firearms.
* Use hot tub at your own risk.
By booking this rental, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners and managers of any accidents or injuries that may occur for you or your guests while at the property.
