Ocean Front Condo with pool, 68th Street Beachloft Ocean City Maryland

Direct ocean front spacious one bedroom condo located off 68th Street with direct access to the beach and pool. This condo consists of a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with full size 36” refrigerator, one bedroom, one bathroom. Condo has been recently renovated and beautifully decorated. EVERYTHING is brand new including HVAC. Enjoy the ocean front and pool view from your 4th floor spacious private balcony (one of the larger balconies in all of Ocean City). Bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, and TV. Living room has a king size murphy bed and queen size sleeper sofa bed with ceiling fan, TV and a gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Relax on your private balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. Go to sleep at night listening to the sound of waves crashing onto the sand. Enjoy the large pool located right on the beach. Direct ocean access… walk straight from the condo right onto the beach. Also provided is a beach cart, umbrella, cooler and two beach chairs for your convenience located in the outdoor closet. Condo is in walking distance of many popular restaurants, shops, putt-putt golf, arcade, and bus line. During your stay don’t forget to visit the world famous Ocean City Boardwalk.

Condominium includes an elevator and luggage carts are available in the lobby. One designated parking space is provided.

No pets allowed. No smoking in the unit. Rents to families, married couples and responsible adults over age of 25. Linens are not provided.

July 4th Getaway

Property was very clean and well maintained. Best balcony in the building! Gorgeous views and great access to the pool and beach. One of the less crowded sections. Loved being able to listen to music on the balcony. Family friendly and within walking distance of several restaurants and shops.

The Condo was very cozy and welcoming. Had everything I needed and the location is lovely. The decor was very relaxing.This is my 3rd time renting in the same building (different units) and never been disappointed. That was not the case with one of my relatives a couple of years ago. The unit they rented was crummy. I will rent again

Condo was super clean. The kids loved the Murphy bed. The balcony was our favorite. A short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We’ll be staying again!

Photos of property were amazing but they still didn’t do the property justice. This property was absolutely amazing from the decor to the view and the owners you couldn’t ask for or expect more. Will definitely return!

Loved this place! the only 2 things were the screen door was loose but I think we fixed it and the water pressure in the shower was not great but that seems to be at every place I stay in OC

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay we had an early check in and a late check out(wish we were able to take advantage of it😞) . The location is nice and close to everything even for staying “off” season we had a lot to choose from. The place was lovely decorated in beach them! The shell light was a nice touch to it. The washer dryer was nice to have also. We went to Summer Hill!! What beautiful town!! The beach gave lovely sunrises and sunsets. It was a disappointment at all.

Perfect Everything

This Condo was the best kept, newly renovated rental I’ve had the pleasure to stay in. It has everything you need for an easy time at the beach. Every appliance worked, every light worked, every piece of furniture new with no damage. Likewise the owners are kind, thoughtful and easy to reach. It’s a gem. Building has nice clean pool, working elevator etc. We will be back!
