The host was helpful and made sure any questions I had were answered. The view from the home is stunning. We took several walks through out our stay and the area is beautiful. Having 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms was great for our group of 17. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Same comments for house 609 Lower Ranch View Dr. as I gave for house 465; very much appreciated Aaron & Katie who guided me thru the booking process and thru out the year, and then Josie & Steven, who became our personal hosts during the 5 nights we were in the houses. The houses served us well and we truly enjoyed our time in Colorado!!

Great house for a multi family ski trip. Half skied Granby and half went to winter park! Host was very receptive and helpful. She earns a 6 star review in my book! Already looking to book the home next year.

Beautiful home

This home is awesome. Very well maintained and spacious. Appliances and furnishings are high end with attention to details. Room for our entire party to spread out and relax. Gorgeous views and great location. Hosts were extremely helpful and very responsive.

Great house!

My group of 18 stayed here for a week in Nov. More than enough room for everyone to sleep. Multiple family rooms made it great to relax at the end of the day. Great views off the decks. Will stay here in the future if we have a large group again!!

It was as great!

The house was nice and spacious and well stocked. Only complaint was the bed downstairs in mother in law suite was so uncomfortable that the family in there decided to sleep on the couch because the bed was so unbearable. Besides that it was an awesome place for our group of 13.

Beautiful Granby Home

The home was absolutely spectacular! The view from the back porch was the star of the show! Plenty of room for our family of 14. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was a bonus. The only issue was the construction across the street as new homes are being built. Was kind of loud and they worked on Saturday as well and blocked the street. that

Just a few Comments

Beautiful view! Wish that there were night stands and lamps by the beds. The light needs replaced in downstairs microwave. AC was locked and we couldn’t adjust it. BTW, the key box was set on the code and therefore was open when we arrived.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

The home is beautiful, the views in the evening were breathtaking we spent a lot of time on the deck, loved the see thru fireplace and the hot tub. Loved to see the mule deer eating (some close to the house)in the mornings and each evening. There was a total of 14 of us and we had plenty of room. All the bedrooms were a great size. Had to contact the maintenance team a couple times they responded right away and took care of the problems in a timely manner. We had everything that we needed at the house. Very relaxing I look forward to returning in the near future.

We arrived at the property late in the day. The property had not been cleaned since the last guest. We texted the owner and told them we were leaving. They apologized and said they would provide a full refund. It has been two weeks, and they have still not provided a full refund, making it difficult or impossible to obtain a full refund. Things happen; the test of a superior property owner is how they handle problems. This property owner made a mistake; instead of making a solution easy for us, they have made it more difficult.

Views were lovely, clear one day, foggy and mystical the next. Starry night skies and opportunities to sit outside and stay warm by the fireplaces were ever so nice. The entire house was very clean and beautiful. We loved the number of bathrooms - no waiting line for showers after our hikes and prior to use of the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped, except we seemed a bit short of silverware, coffee mugs and kitchen towels. There were plenty of bed linens and towels, but there were not many washcloths to be found. It would be wise for a little sign to be on the front door placed above the door handle stating, "Pull handle up to lock and unlock the door." We had trouble starting the new grill - directions would be helpful.Problems: VRBO posted details when registering stated that a 1500 deposit was necessary. The management informed me that I could buy insurance instead. That was very helpful. When making the final payment, the notice stated Hello Alesia, was sent using a wrong registration number. I followed directions multiple times, could not complete the submission, texted for help and was told to simply follow directions. I finally found the mistake, sent my payment, and got a confirmation of payment, but NO apology for their error on the part of the hosts and a glitch in the system that could be readily addressed. I have used VRBO for a number of our annual girls' trip. This was by far the nicest abode yet also the most frustrating and time consuming experience.

The house was perfectly clean on arrival. The house manager very quick to answer any concerns and problems, any time of day or night. Gorgeous 90 degree views of mountains. Great location for daytime activities. Very well stocked kitchen for cooks, included games, multiple tvs, many sitting areas. Best VRBO experience ever.
