I consider all guests like I do a family member and they deserve nothing but the best service so I created spaces to provide a comfortable stay where my family, friends and guests can come and go as they please and have all the amenities they have at home.
I work and travel a lot but I am available by message or mobile. Someone can be at the property within 60 minutes if needed.

Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is situated between Fort Lauderdale and the Village of Sea Ranch Lakes, Florida. The Town's northern municipal neighbor is Pompano Beach. The entire town is located on a long, narrow barrier island separated from the mainland by the Intracoastal Waterway (spanned by one drawbridge at Commercial Boulevard), stretching approximately one-half dozen blocks to the Atlantic Ocean. The town is centered on the junction of State Road A1A and Commercial Boulevard. The main industry is tourism; the town has many hotels and motels used by visitors, especially during the winter; many of its older hotels and buildings reflect mid-century modern architecture design. Recognized by the Florida Legislature in 2016 for its near-shore coral reefs and efforts to promote scuba diving, the town is known as Florida's Beach Diving Capital. With a coral reef just 100 yards offshore, the town is a popular spot for scuba divers, especially just south of Anglin's Pier

The KITCHEN is BRAND NEW and has a fully automatic Keurig coffee machine with separate milk foamer.
The BEDROOM is BRAND NEW and has a fan with remote, a huge walk in closet, brand new furniture, a new queen mattress with 2 bed side tables & bedside lights. The bedroom has black-out window dressings for a deep sleep. The bedroom has a smart TV with remote ready and set up for your Netflix or Amazon log-in details.
In the WALK-IN CLOSET you'll find hangers galore, enough storage for all your suitcases and bags. Inside the closet there's 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cooler with wheels with collapsible handle for easy pulling & plenty of beach towels .
The DINING AREA has a huge table with 2 benches and a chair, enough to easily seat 5. You can comfortably use the dining table as a home office.
The BATHROOM is BRAND NEW with new everything from tiles to fluffy white new towels, from tub to shower curtain everything here is sparkling white and brand new.
