Sandy Bottoms - Beautiful Ibis Roost home!

Sandy Bottoms is a 1500 sq foot cottage in the Ibis Roost community. The Ibis Roost neighborhood is made up of 29 cottages on quiet lanes off of the main Wynds of the island - perfect for biking and walking even with little ones! Sandy Bottoms is directly across from the shared community pool.

This cottage features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Downstairs, you will find a king master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The second main floor bedroom features a queen bed with a full bath just across the hall. The main living area room is open concept to the dining room with plenty of comfy seating and space to spread out. The dining table seats eight and can be extended to seat ten. Attached to the living area is a sun-room featuring a daybed for an extra sleeping space, as well as an additional table and chairs - perfect for game nights, puzzles or a kids' dining area.

The galley kitchen is small but mighty - and totally renovated in 2021 with brand new appliances and cabinetry. Here you will find everything you need to feel right at home - a brand new coffee station that brews ground coffee as well as K-Cups, a large air-fryer/toaster oven, filtered water and ice in the fridge as well as an Instant Pot so dinner will be ready when you arrive home from the beach.

The upstairs enclosed loft area is the perfect space for kids and teens, or even for a small family to share. The bedroom features both a queen bed and twin over twin bunk beds. Right down the hall, you will find a large closet as well as a private full bath.

New LVP floors were installed in 2021 throughout the home. All bedrooms as well as the living room are equipped with brand new Roku televisions.

You will enjoy the sounds of the Maritime Forest with ample outdoor space. Curl up on a comfy sofa on the screened in porch with your favorite beach read or relax in the hammock on the large wraparound porch while the kiddos bike around the neighborhood.

Lifestyle Membership at Bald Head Island Club and Shoal's Club membership may be purchased directly through the clubs.

Availability varies by home listing, and during the summer season, memberships may sell out quickly. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend securing your club membership as early as possible.

Additionally, the Bald Head Island ferry system is independently operated and not affiliated with BHI Vacations. To ensure a smooth arrival and departure, we encourage guests to book ferry and tram reservations well in advance.
