Gorgeous location to stay in Naples. Carla was so nice and accommodating. Every amenity a guest could hope for was provided. It’s very close to the beach and main roads that lead to all the popular locations of Naples. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would happily holiday here again.

Wonderful stay

We had a lovely stay at Carla and John's place. The home is in beautiful area and is very walkable to several local restaurants and shopping areas. The home is lovely and is exactly how things are pictured.

What a gem!

I loved everything about this property! From the cute little cottage, to the delightful pool and outdoor space, the walkable neighborhood, it was simply a delight to be there. So homey and everything I needed. AND Carla and John were just the best!

Quick getaway

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Perfect location to both beach, shopping and dining. Hosts were lovely and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Our vacation rental was extremely clean, bright and is surrounded by tropical plants. So beautiful. Our accommodations couldn’t be better. The location is an easy walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach in Naples. Our host, Carla, was wonderful and responds right away if we have any questions. It was a great stay and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Carla!

Perfect location for exploring Naples

The accommodations were nice and clean with an old Naples feel to them. Welcoming and helpful hosts. Location was perfect for exploring 5th Ave restaurants and shopping and the beautiful beaches!

Quick Snowbird trip

We had a great stay here. Host was fantastic and quick to answer questions. Home is extremely well equipped, everything you need with a great laundry area. We didn’t get to use the pool as the polar vortex settled in and we had horrible weather. The house is 5 min walk to 5th ave restaurants and 10 mins to the beach. Ideal. The bathroom is tiny and there is no storage for anything as it’s a pedestal sink but there’s a closet outside the door where we stored things. All in all great value for the money.

Winter escape

We stayed for 3 weeks and it was perfect. We had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. Carla and John were super nice and friendly. They checked on us periodically and were very helpful when we needed something. Their listing and pictures are accurate and the location couldn’t be better. They welcomed our dog and he loved chatting with their dog through the railing. lol. Carla even mailed to me a few things that were left behind. We very much want to book with them again.

Exactly as described

What a beautiful piece of property this guest house is located on. All was as described- convenient to shopping, dining, and the beach. The bed has a very comfortable mattress - a requirement for a good night's sleep after a long day of travel. This location is close enough for for a walk to dining and shopping, yet secluded enough to feel private and peaceful for walks around the neighborhood. Thank you Carla and John for opening your space for others to enjoy.

5 blocks to the beach, 15 min walk.

The owner was communicative online and introduced herself to us shortly after me and my mom arrived (owner lives upstairs). It was the perfect little spot for a short getaway- small bedroom, kitchen had a good amount of space, nice living room, didn’t use the smart tv as we had trouble logging into our accounts. It was about a 5 min walk to the beach-chairs and towels are located in the laundry room. I would book here again.

Adorable small One bedroom

Quaint style addition to an original home, one bedroom, kitchen, LR, bath and, laundry room. Very clean and nicely furnished. Chairs, umbrella and cold drink cups with beach towels for the beach. Close to restaurants and 3 blocks from beach area. Great view for sunsets. Pool and lounge chairs. We had a delightful time. Our hosts John and Carla were exceptional and very easy to talk with.

Beautiful town! Beautiful home!

First of all this area is amazing and one of the most beautiful places you’ll ever visit! Every corner there’s just beauty and luxury!! The house was perfect for my wife and I and our little puppies!!! Carla and John were amazing!!! We wanted for nothing our entire stay and will be back not soon enough!! I’ve stayed at plenty of places but these folks go above and beyond!! Thanks for the experience and our time away was magical!!! Close to anything you’d want to do including bustling 5th ave the beach and all old Naples has to offer!!!
