PLEASE NOTE: Resort fees are paid directly to the Resort upon check-in and cover everyone in the reservation. These fees are as follows:

>>November 1, 2024 May 31, 2025 = Administration fee of $200 (one time fee) and Daily resort fee of $55 + tax per day
>>June 1st - October 31st, 2025 = Administration fee of $150 (one time fee) and Daily resort fee of $50 + tax per day
>>November 1, 2025 - May 31, 2026 = Administration fee of $250 (one time fee) and Daily resort fee of $60 + tax per day
