MAXIMUM VEHICLES: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 5. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a full golf membership which allows our guests access to a champion Pete Dye golf course, tennis, pickleball, 2 community pools and any of the numerous dining options. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. These costs do not cover individual amenity fees like green fees or food.
