About this space

Close-to-the-beach condo with a comfortable and cozy space with plenty of natural light, sea breeze, and a comfortable outdoor area to relax and enjoy the sea view or beautiful pool. Condo w/fully-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, AC, and a comfortable bed and bath. Condo is a 7-8 minute walk to the "Playa Mirador", with easy access to nearby restaurants (Manny's, walking distance), shops (El Malecon), and other attractions. Message me if you have any questions!
The space
Our one bedroom, one bath condo is situated on the third floor. Be aware that there is no elevator. You have access to a pool and a quick 7-8 minute walk to the beach. The bedroom has a queen size bed and two twin beds with fresh and clean linens. The living room has a futon that you can use to sleep. The kitchen is stocked with what you need to make your meals if you choose to. There are two TV’s one in the bedroom and living room. You are able to add your own streaming service if you like.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole condo. Additionally, you have access to the pool and parking lot.
Other things to note
There is no elevator. Be prepared to burn some beers calories! 😂
No pets are allowed as they require extra cleaning. If a pet is found (cameras outside or by staff) a cleaning fee will be charged.
