🏘 This property is located in a Homeowners Association (HOA); tenants must adhere to HOA rules (found in the guest portal & property binder)
⚠️ Any fines incurred due to tenant behavior will be collected from the tenant
🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking marijuana is illegal in PA and is not permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside)
🤫 Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
🔊 Please be respectful of neighbors - loud music or disruptive noise is not permitted at any time of day
🏊 Pool passes permitted for the number of guests the property can sleep, up to a maximum of 10 passes per property
