Located above this local surf spot, enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds of the beach. Work from a desk with an ocean view using ultra fast 1 Gig WiFi. Use your security gate to access the beach stairs. Walk the shoreline, boogie board, surf, and take in the salty air. Tax for the City of Solana Beach, 13%, required for rentals less than 31 days. Discounted rate for 31 or more days. Often rented long term. Available for weekly rental July 2024. Right on the beach! Children must be 13 and up due to safety concerns from location on ocean bluff.

Perfect in every way

The views are spectacular- right on the ocean! The condo was stocked with every amenity one might need. Parking was in a gated garage. Bed was comfortable and it as quiet at night. The unit was spotless with lovely decor. Lots to do nearby. Hopefully we can come here again!!

All I can say is WOW! Sharon’s condo is extremely clean, in a quiet and safe area and has the most breathtaking views! Everything is clean and new and top quality. I recommend highly and hope to stay again if it’s available for our next SoCal getaway.

Wonderful stay!

LOVE this property, let me list some of the reasons why: awesome top-floor location with beautiful ocean front view, beautifully updated condo equipped with everything we needed for a 10-day stay, lots of nice touches like coffee cart supplies, extra toiletries in bathroom, warm throws in living room, etc. I can't say enough good things about this property. The owner Sharon was very helpful, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!!

I understand why your listing was all 5 stars! It is a clean, open condo overlooking the Pacific. We have stayed in Solana over the past few years but this was the best place. It is nicely appointed with a good seating area to watch the surfers and at night you retreat to a comfortable bed in a roomy bedroom. We hope to return there again next year.

Best of Solana Beach

My family and I have now spent the past 4 spring breaks in Solana Beach and the past three in this complex. This was by far the most wonderful rental and we did NOT want to leave. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING and it was nothing short of absolutely amazing! From the moment I booked this rental, I was impressed. Thank you Sharon for all of the love, time, and energy you invested to ensure this was a beautiful vacation spot:) I can't wait to return!

Excellent stay!

The condo was absolutely lovely, the view was gorgeous and the host was wonderful. We’ve stayed at a lot of rentals over the past 10 years and this one was the best. Solana Beach and the surrounding areas are very bike-friendly and there are also many terrific hiking trails.Our hosts Sharon & George went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Top of its class!

Bright, terrific, breathtaking views of the sand, sea & sky. All new renovation including all appliances. Very comfortable with modern heating and cooling system. Well managed and great attention to detail. Equipped with all one would need. Ample parking, easy access given this is a top floor condo. We are planning on renting again. Highly recommend.

A real gem

This is one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had. The condo is immaculate and newly remodeled, the view is fabulous, and the host goes beyond expectations to make guests feel comfortable. I will definitely return to this unit.

Amazing view!

This was the nicest VRBO unit we have stayed in by far! Sharon has thought of everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. And then there is that view!! We have stayed in Solana Beach a few times and love to walk on the beach and visit local sites and restaurants. We will definitely come stay here again.

Wonderful accommodations. Awesome view of the ocean.

The rental was clean and comfortable. All furniture and appliances looked new. The ocean view from the living room was breathtaking. This is a gated community with sheltered parking, security, a clubhouse, a pool, and close to many excellent restaurants and shopping. You are right on the beach! Sharon, the property owner, was very helpful in getting us situated for our stay and ensuring we were comfortable.

Best place ever

Highly recommend! This place was amazing! First of all, Sharon is the best hostess ever. The communication was excellent as were the amenities, the furniture was so comfortable and the view was incredible. We’ve stayed at other VRBOs before and this was the best. She supplied so many things from coffee and shampoo to beach towels, sunscreen and chairs. We saw dolphins every day. The sunsets were magical. We enjoyed watching the surfers .

Fantastic unit, location and owner

We loved this gorgeous, newly remodeled, clean unit with A/C and a fantastic view in Solana Beach! Sharon was helpful with great communication. Watching all the surfers and sunsets, listening to the ocean waves, cooking in the well supplied kitchen with a view and sleeping in a big comfy bed was a great way to celebrate an anniversary. Parking spot was very close to the unit. We will definitely return.

Wonderful visit

The property and location are beautiful! Nicely remodeled with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views from the living room and outdoor balcony are second to none. Sharon is a great host and VERY easy to communicate with. We had a slight problem with a key fob and her husband George came over the next day to resolve it, so we spoke for a bit. Very nice folks and a beautiful property. You won't be disappointed! Thank you George and Sharon!

Outstanding

Beautiful oceanfront condo on a bluff overlooking the beach. Everything about the property, amenities, location, facilities, etc... was exactly as described. Great owner. If physical mobility is a concern the condo complex has many stairs and beach access is by stairs. We would come here again!

Sea and Sand Paradise!

Our stay at Sea and Sand was spectacular! The pics of the place are very nice, but it is even nicer in person. The views are incredible, and we loved watching the sunsets from the balcony. Sharon was a super-hostess! She had the perfect amount of communication...enough to be helpful and make sure all was well, but not burdensome. The place had everything we needed. She went above and beyond with the amenities. The location and access to the beach were wonderful. The pool was a great temp for our boys (8 & 9) to enjoy, and the hot tub was relaxing after a full day at the beach. Honestly, we can't say enough great things about our stay there, we sure hope to make it back!

Relaxing Getaway

My husband and I stayed for a week in July and fully enjoyed our stay at this property! Sharon was a wonderful host and provided all information well in advance of our stay. Everything was clean and as pictured. The view from the living room is beautiful! We spent lots of time on the beach and could walk to restaurants and shops in the area. We look forward to our next stay!

Solana Beach condo

If you’re a neat freak like me, you will love this place! Newly, remodeled with a clean look. The view of the ocean from the third floor is the first beautiful sight each morning. You will get your steps in for the day when walking to this gated unit and to the ocean. The kitchen appliances are new with all needed utensils. We walked to the dog beach every day and enjoyed the Great Dane chasing the little poodle. Lovely sunsets. Activities close by include…hiking at Torrey Pines, San Diego Zoo, bike riding at Coronado Island, and walking on the quiet, plant lined sidewalks of Solana Beach. There are several restaurants and gelato in town. The condo owner is especially attentive and so kind. I highly recommend!

We live 20 minutes away and want you to have a great experience enjoying Solana Beach. I'm originally from the midwest and still can't get enough of the ocean.
