Disfrute de todo lo que Solana Beach tiene para ofrecer mientras se hospeda en este condominio de lujo de 2 dormitorios frente al mar. Este condominio en el último piso es un excelente lugar para disfrutar de hermosas vistas al mar. Este alquiler cuenta con WI-FI gratuito, 2 televisores de pantalla plana con TV por cable, cocina completa, lavadora / secadora en el apartamento y garaje cerrado con 2 espacios de estacionamiento reservados. El complejo tiene acceso directo a la playa para que pueda disfrutar tomando el sol en la arena, chapoteando en las olas o simplemente dando largos paseos a lo largo de la costa. El complejo también cuenta con una piscina climatizada durante todo el año, 2 jacuzzis y canchas de tenis.

A poca distancia de muchos restaurantes increíbles, de compras en el famoso Distrito de Arte de Cedros con cafeterías, muebles, cervecerías locales y la famosa Taberna Belly Up para conciertos y buena música. Visite el mercado de agricultores los domingos para obtener productos frescos. (Alquiler mínimo de 7 noches).

Fabulous view

Comfortable condo. Parking was close by and covered. Loved the many trails to walk and restaurants in the area. Quite a few steps down to the beach, but very worth it. You could also walk to city park for access.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is nicely situated in the Solana Beach area near restaurants and shopping but the unit is dated. The Tennis Club provided amenities but the hot tub was in need of cleaning and at least one of the tennis courts should be converted to pickleball courts.

Two Weeks at Solana Beach

We had a wonderful time. Although we did run into some obstacles. 1. We had ants. 2. Closet door was off the track, a repair man did come and fix it. 3. The place need a face lift. It's pretty run down.

Great location!

We loved this condo - awesome location. Plenty of places to walk to for food, sunrises, or nature. Nice to have two parking spaces so you don’t have to worry about parking. Property mgr was on top of it when we had a minor issue. Kitchen fully equipped, and two full bathrooms. We recommend, and we would definitely book again! 🙌

Exceptional experience/stay!

The view alone, was worth every penny! We saw so many dolphins it was ridiculous, in the best possible way! The condo was exceptionally clean/comfortable and spacious! There was nothing missing, amenity-wise, that we could find. The Stubbs staff were wonderful to work with, we could not have asked for a better experience!! We highly recommend this property and the Stubbs group. Thank you to all and Happy New Year!!

This property provided a perfect location while on an extended work trip. When away from work the quick access to the beach, shops and restaurants was ideal.

Updates needed and quickly

Despite what looks to be new flooring, this unit is in desperate need of critical updates. The fridge was old and leaked when you turned the ice maker on.(so we didn't have an ice maker for the stay). The washer and dryer are ancient, easily 20-30 years old. We just couldn't get anything clean in them and had to ask the property manager for an alternative unit nearby to do laundry. Positives--the view is special and the access to the one of the best beaches in the world is worth the price of admission. The unit is nice sized and is a part of a very desirable complex in Solana Beach--walking distance to almost everything worthwhile in the area.

Fantastic base for exploring the San Diego Area

What a great place! We stayed for a week using it as a base for exploring San Diego, Tijuana, Temecula, La Jolla, and Carlsbad. Great living room space, excellent Wi-Fi, the kitchen is easy to cook in, and the king-size bed was amazingly comfortable. You just can't beat the view, and the sunsets were phenomenal. We loved watching the surfers and the pelicans. The steps down to the beach are manageable and you can go for quite a beautiful walk along the cliffs. The complex is secure and charming, and parking is just steps away. We feel very fortunate to have been able to stay here. A word of caution - if you need things to be fancy-pants perfect, go stay at the Hotel Del Coronado. There is a small bit of wear and tear in a few spots - for example the constant access to salt water means things tend to rust, the dishwasher works best if you rinse the dishes first - but these are very minor issues compared to all this condo has to offer. We recommend it without reservation!

Location and relaxation

Location is amazing. The view was spectacular! The listing was right on in the description! Great coffee and restaurants within walking distance. Be aware there are 127 steps down to beach! Once there, the beach is beautiful , the sunsets are amazing. You do need to bring some household supplies like, TP (you get a small supply at check in and we stayed 12 days), paper towels, and garbage bags (there were three upon arrival). The two covered parking spaces were great and right near the apartment! The quiet nature of the complex was relaxing. The patio was great for ocean views all day! If there was an upgrade done, we would recommend upgrading the beds. They are very firm. It was very clean and stocked with cooking pans, cups, etc. Great place to cook for Thanksgiving dinner. You just cannot beat the view, if you love the ocean. Great location for relaxation. Great place for a family of four to stay, plenty of room. Outstanding place to stay!

Such a beautiful view! We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was a very nice, safe and friendly neighborhood. Great parking garage, but we could walk to shops and restaurants too. I loved our stay and plan to come back!
