Quiet Relaxing Clean and Simple

This one bedroom beach condo is nicely setup and comes with an amazing oceanfront view. If you’re looking for a quiet clean and safe place to stay with easy access to a semi-private beach, you’ll be hard pressed to find better options in the area at this price level. The property is managed professionally by a responsive and professional organization.

Beautiful view and great location

You pay for the view. The property itself is run down, carpets are filthy, blinds are damaged and dated, but the people at Stubbs are great and the view and location are amazing.

Pleased with amazing view. and beachfront location

We had a very good three weeks vacation at this condo. It's a beautiful beachfront location and amazing sunsets. Was a little disappointed with the kitchen. For a long stay the dish cabinets are not very convenient and kitchen pantry would be very helpful. Other than that everything was great.

We did not stay at this property. We were notified that this property had sold and was no longer available to rent. Stubbs placed us in another property that was great.

Location, location

It’s all about the location with this place. The view and beach access are prime. The unit itself is dated. Things like the sliding doors and screens are corroded, which happens easily at the beach. I found a couple outlets and the garbage disposal didn’t work. The property grounds are really nice...loved the landscape and hearing all of the birds around. All in all, I’d love to stay here again. If you’re picky about decor and modernity, it’s not for you. But all I wanted was to be at the beach, and I got that!

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed our stay here so much over the Thanksgiving holiday that I booked this property for our 2025 spring break getaway! Very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was so comfortable and the linens were high-quality. Amazing views of the ocean and beach - we saw SO many dolphins (and adorable dogs with their people frolicking on the beach!) We were pleased and surprised to find four thoughtful Stubbs welcome packs (2 in the bathroom with toiletries in each, 1 in the kitchen with essentials for washing dishes by hand or in the dishwasher, and 1 filled with delightful treats). The Stubbs office is extremely close and the team there made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a lovely time and can’t wait to return in March!

The unit itself is exactly as pictured, completely remodeled with very nice finishes throughout. Both the unit and the complex are very quiet. Easy access to the beach and this is a very walkable beach in both directions anytime. Great location and walkable to the shopping and restaurants in Solana Beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and found Stubbs very pleasant and easy to work with. Any individual that I spoke with at Stubbs was both professional and knowledgeable. I will be back !

Beautiful Place, Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has been recently remodelled and they did a great job making it lovely and easy to live in. The management was super helpful too. We loved being above the beach and hearing and smelling the ocean. Lots of steps to get down but they are sturdy. The pool and hot tub were sparking clean and the grounds very tidy. This was also convenient to walk to a number of locations in Solana Beach (recommend Achilles coffee).The only downside is that there was no dining room table and chairs. We had to eat at the kitchen peninsula and the stools had no backs. It also mean there was no place to play games. The TV didn't come with much so we were a little frustrated with entertainment (and my hubby is good at that stuff and still couldn't make it work).

Stubbs was also extremely helpful and very nice staff!!Couple suggestions: more towels, maybe a supply of 6 bath and 6 beach; basic cable tv, my fiancé very unhappy could not get sports center in mornings and missed some important live sports events; another fan so one in main room and bedroom; kitchen well supplied, but setting of 6 dishware would be helpful and a vegetable peeler; should mention in description that laundry is not in unit, but on-site; not sure what you can do about this, but upstairs people very loud walking back and forth and furniture moving. Probably not enough padding under flooring. Since it is also a rental, maybe could ask that company to request renters be cognizant to walk softly and move chairs, etc gently. Once we realized, we were also careful for our downstairs neighbors.

Our third time at this property

We love the location of this condo! The ocean view from the balcony is amazing, and we walked on the beach every day The bed and new sofas are comfortable, and the kitchen has plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. Not much as far as pantry supplies, though, so be prepared to supply your own. The unit itself is a bit dated, so the sliding door and screen to the balcony are difficult to open and close. We had an issue with the screen completely stopping to function while we were there, but Stubbs had someone out in short order to get it working. Check-in and check-out were easy, and it’s nice that the rental office is right down the street. We plan to return very soon!

Great View and Location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the deck was wonderful. We enjoyed a glass of wine and watching the surfers. The king size bed was comfortable, unit was clean and had plenty of cooking materials. Unit is close to the Del Mar Race track and many restaurants. There is no laundry in unit, but the laundry is located near in the adjacent garage and a quick walk. There is also a grill located on the deck off the bedroom. Only challenge was the shower as it has a step to get into it, but if you do not have any mobility issues, this is not too much of an issue. We enjoyed our stay and will come again.
